There is a documented reference on Jinnah’s notes on Ayub although probably exaggerated in this video , and even more well documented note on Ayub by his commanding officer when Ayub ran from the frontlines in Burma

Many years ago, I had read all these things which is mentioned in this video.

Posting you mentioned is done on the instruction of Quaid-e-Azam as punishment while Ayub Khan is interested to be posted in West Pakistan.

Ayub was not part of Pakistan , he was a servant of Colonial Nation
he was in training program , he was not attending Muslim League (India) summit with Civilians for formation of PAKISTAN

He was being groomed prior to formation of Pakistan as part of Colonial force to control the region he was assigned

• Under colonial rule his training was to control the population on behalf of the Colonial Setup
• Before 1947 he was not with Political Leaders (Civilian) or movement , Ayub was being trained by Colonial Forces as he was part of their troop force, he was a Loyal Servant and worker

Ayub like the finer things in Life , the Parties , the Galas , the nightouts
Just read his exploits all over western News papers

• He was into the "Night Life", the music the living life to fullest unfortunately he also was in love with Power
• He was liked by western leaders because he was "a westerner" in a way
• Women liked Ayub's personality he loved the night outs dressing up eating finer things in life
• The guy was nothing short of a Party loving Gentleman of 30's

After the Partition in 1947 , there was obvious tussle between Civilian and what was called the Military

Between 1947 -1965 his influence on matters specific to Pakistan are quite obvious

e) Delay in Annulling old Constitution created under Colonial Rule
f) Continuation of Colonial Mindset over Civilian
g)Ayub Khan taking steps to appear forefront of Nation
h) Final Battle 1965 vs Civilian Leader Fatima Jinnah and Rigging election
against her
i) Denial of last viewing of Fatima Jinnah's body , claims made she was murdered

Such statements are , proof , of the interference happening since Mohammad Ali Jinnah

Why would the founding father of Nation , give this statement ?
Simple to remind the Army that Colonial Era is ended , you are not the
Overlord over Civilian

You should respect the Civilians



This was an attempt by Mohammad Ali Jinnah to remind the Colonial Trained Troops that they are no longer in Colonialism but they should be loyal to Civilian matters


Mohammad Ali Jinnah only stated this because he saw the signs !!! The looming dangers , and sense of "Above the law" attitude in some of the Soldiers trained under colonialism



This sense of "Above the Law" or not Accountable to anything is still exist in 2024

Talk to any Soldier and they will say "They are above the Law!!"
Oh they are not applicable to anything they have Immunity


Oh Baba , you are not COLONIAL soldier invading another country that you need to have Immunity !!! Immunity and above law is when 1 Army attacks another country and they have these laws


Origin of this Mindset

You know Colonial Forces also had same ideology

a) "Above the Law" mindset when they ruled over Subcontinent India, beat up anyone and you are protected, Kill anyone or curb a resistance

b) The Colonial Soldiers are a Class above Civilians , civilians are not equal to Colonial Soldier in Rank, they enjoy a separate life style (Perks) which the Servant Civilians do not have

c) Colonial Soldiers's head's RANK , is above the Regional Representatives he can take control when ever it is suitable for him to maintain control over the region to protect the Colonial rule

I don't have objection to Ayub's personal life , he loved night parties or women. Or he wanted to be life of party that is all great, it is his life and choice

For me I have a problem when I see he was messing up with Pakistan's political setup when he messed with Fatima Jinnah in 1965

For me that 1965 Election is a smoking gun which point towards the fact he is 100% Power monger , power hungry guy

Also the Judges in 50's blocking Civilian movement to form Constitution also allowed the Colonial mindset to take hold

4-5 year delay really messed up Civilian control in country

This fact is quite hidden no one talks much about it but back then they also had few judges on Payroll to block Civilian push for Constitution

The impact of the delay forming constitution of Pakistan was major crisis in early days of Pakistan , you get a sense of "Power" struggle already happening between Military and Civilians

he was declared tactically meek by his CO in burma. read it somewhere years ago, will try to find a proper source.

he did prove this point when the 1965 war was horribly executed, for details on that I suggest you read A H Amin's articles.
