When Trump returns to the White House, expect the likes of Kushner to set foreign policy.

(JTA) — Jared Kushner did not disclose on government filings his position as a director of a family foundation that funded projects in West Bank settlements.

Kushner’s position as co-director of the Charles and Seryl Kushner Foundation from 2006 to 2015, when the foundation donated at least $38,000 to the building of a Jewish seminary in the West Bank settlement of Beit El and an additional $20,000 to Jewish and educational institutions in other settlements, was not disclosed on his filings with the Office of Government Ethics, Newsweek reported Sunday.

The settlements are considered illegal under international law.

Had Kushner disclosed his position in the family foundation in his financial records, his involvement in the settlement donations and potential conflicts of interest with his government position may have been considered by the Office of Government Ethics, according to Newsweek.

The US is subsidizing tax free two organizations funding the IDF which clearly is carrying out a genocide and also allowing their donors to deduct contributions from their taxes.

Former Army Intel Analyst Phil Giraldi: IRS regulations allow people to deduct from their adjusted gross income taxes money that goes to the IDF to kill Gazans, to slaughter individual innocent civilians through a 501 c 3, through two major organizations in the U.S. - one in New York City and the other in Massachusetts.

Essentially they are conduits for raising money for the Israeli army. One is the Friends of the Israel Defense Force. the other claims to be affiliated with the Israeli Ministry. (paraphrased)

By now most people who are not some hardcore Bible Thumpers or brainwashed rightwingers in America, and even in Israel, know that a large part of funding Israel is a money laundering scheme involving the NeoCons, the Israeli Lobby, and the Military Industrial Complex. America thrives on wars, on bloodletting. But contrary to what most people might think: Most of the money being 'given' to the likes of Ashraf Ghani, Zelensky, Netanyahu generally ends up back in America in one form or another.
And thus these monsters sitting in Washington are always looking for wars abroad. And why not? That's their bread and butter. Or more precisely, their yachts and mansions!

Hey @UKBengali : Here is a video for you where Indian Hindus are supporting Israel. I like to listen to all viewpoints but can't agree with these people in the video. They claim that Hindus and Jews are the 'only two surviving civilizations' in the world. What about the Chinese? The Egyptians? The Persians? And various other civilizations still surviving including the ancient Indus Valley Civilization via the modern Pakistan.
Then there are claims that '90% Hindus support Israel'. I don't buy that. There is significant support for Israel among Hindus but it's not even a majority. It is not Indian Hindus' cause to support Israel and India's own founder Gandhi knew that.
Indian Hindus: Your dispute is with Pakistan over Kashmir. That dispute is quite resolvable. So don't use that dispute to be on the wrong (and losing) side of History! Not only will History judge you harshly but also you could potentially lose trade/remittance from the rich Arab countries.

I stopped watching 5 minutes into the video out of disgust and what a bunch of Indian scum was on display there.

It is all Zionist talking points and propaganda and there is nothing original from these Indian clowns being said.🤡

These Hinduvta goons will make up any imaginary link to the Zionists in order to demonstrate how they are "natural partners" against the "Islamist terrorist enemy".

Like I have said before Indians will regret being on the losing side of history and Indians 10-20 years from now will be pretending that they really stood with the rest of the "Global South" against the last genocide facilitated by the declining west. They have planted their flag firmly on that of genocide by a settler entity and the rest of the "Global South", especially Muslims, will make sure that they are reminded as and when required.

Every day that passes in the war, the mood of the Israeli interior changes, and this poll indicates that there are those on the right who have no opinion, and the trend is against Ben Gvir and the stink of Yahoo.

Human losses are the reason for the change in this mood and opinion polls, after support for the war was overwhelming after October 7 at 87%.

A summary of the most prominent details of the war on #Gaza during the last 12 hours

🔸After retreating from the industrial area and the university square, west of Gaza City, 60 martyrs were recovered, including families who were executed and burned in their homes, while reaching all the martyrs is still difficult due to the presence of occupation army snipers over homes and high buildings in Tal al-Hawa.

Director of the Government Information Office in Gaza:

▫️ What happened today in Tel al-Hawa is a pre-planned massacre

▫️ The occupation killed more than 70 martyrs and lost contact with 50 people

Yeah, no. Those 3 got their heads so far up their asses that it's confusing their sense of history. And they're in Israel to boot. Hard to imagine these types would ever actually say anything objective, let alone in support of the Palestinian cause. And it matters none that one is a Jew, the other a Seikh and the other a Hindu since excuse me, where is the Indian Muslim representative? Helloooo.

It also goes back to those who are smart enough (like the bald dude who's a TikTok journalist) to start the conversation with "Hamas' charter is to wipe all Israelis off the map" and establish the precedent of the argument right off the bat. That's the old tricky-vicky tactic one learns about how to carry a convincing argument early in life.

But it does support one theory that a 2-state solution is a practical impossibility in this case. It's certainty that it would never become a reality because it is impossible for these two peoples to live side-by-side and in many probable scenarios, amongst each other also since a TWO-state ("two" being the operative word) means BOTH have complete sovereignty over their own dominions. No one control more over the other that will never be allowed by the less strengthened entity. It's been the sole reason and the one constant that has plagued all previous attempts and why each and every one of them failed. The conditions of the stronger party were way too demanding and overbearing for the weaker side. I think my good friend @V_Cheng knows this already, of course, he's just too much of a good guy and out of the kindness of his heart as well as the willingness to appease both parties, he wants to see not only both sides living in prosperity, but an end to this massacre as well. But like I said, the sooner we ALL come to the realization that a 2-state solution is an impossibility in this specific case, the sooner we can all move on with much more realistic expectations which are one of two scenarios only. The status quo (which is obviously unacceptable) or a single state/country controlled & ruled by either side (essentially what is happening now except that would be either the Jews or the Palestinians. The latter being a long shot beyond the realms of wet dreams. So what now?

This looks exactly like the houseboat my family & I stayed in for a month when we visited Srinagar during our few years living in Rawalpindi.

I'll tell you what, talk about natural splendor, beauty and heavenly bliss and I was just a little shit-kicking, nose-dripping pipsqueak like 8 or 9 years old, but it was such a spectacular place & time and a memorable month-long experience because of its magnificence that I remember it as if it was yesterday. Truly an awe-inspiring environment and place on earth. Knowing Srinagar is part of Kashmir, I can see why you guys are fighting tooth & nail for that land. It's precious beyond just territory.

Can you help me with the ACLU?

The big violation of my rights is the denial of a deaf and hard of hearing interpreter at my first trial. Due to my bad hearing, I missed about 40% of the trial.

Oklahoma State law requires that I get an interpreter. Judge denied it and said I can hear just fine.

Was that judge Gibson, too? That's crazy for him to deny you that. I'll take this and reply to it in the Team USA thread if that works for you, unless you have a more appropriate thread? Don't want to derail this one too much.

lol, you must be new around here. JK, clearly the Yahood and Hinood are one and the same. Why would they allowed a Muslim Rep amongst them. I mean there’s no shortage of MINOs in the world that would gladly side with these two groups to criticize Muslims and Islam.
I’ve seen it all.
9/11 was a bonanza for them.

Hamas: The atrocities revealed by the retreat of the terrorist occupation of the Tel al-Hawa neighborhood are war crimes, genocide, and ethnic cleansing.

Hamas: Setting fire to inhabited buildings and preventing civil defense access to them in Tal al-Hawa confirms that the occupation is committing massacres and atrocities.

President of the United Nations General Assembly: A comprehensive, just and lasting peace must be achieved in the Middle East through the two-state solution

1720815422760.jpeg

The Secretary-General of the United Nations: 195 UNRWA employees were killed in Gaza, which is the highest number of victims in the history of humanitarian relief work.

▫️Guterres: My appeal to everyone is to provide protection for UNRWA

▫️Guterres: There is no alternative to UNRWA, and we are working on all fronts, and it is time to put an end to this terrible war.

United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres: The level of killing and massive destruction in the Gaza Strip is unfathomable

▫️Guterres: Evacuation orders from the Israeli army have increased, and the Palestinians are being forced to move as if they were human balls in a scene of destruction.

Team USA, hu-rah!, yea right.

I do not wish to derail this thread. Go ahead. @ me.

Translation:
“We prepare, adorn ourselves, and perfume ourselves before meeting the enemy, because we will meet God Almighty, God willing, as martyrs approaching and not retreating.” These are the last words of the martyr Abbada Abu Hain before he meets God, adorned and perfumed with amber, Allah [swt] willing.

The scenes of heroism, pride, sacrifices and steadfastness that came out of Shuja'iyah were an important part of the martyr Abbada as a company commander in planning and implementation. He is a brother of three martyrs, a martyr and a comrade, and under the leadership of the martyr Ayman Shweidah, deputy commander of the Shuja'iya battalion, "The Masked of the Tunnels."

We learned a lot from these people. They healed our wounds, avenged our martyrs, made us feel proud, raised our heads, and defeated our enemy.

May Allah [swt] have mercy on them and make them dwell in His Janah.

I think my good friend @V_Cheng knows this already, of course, he's just too much of a good guy and out of the kindness of his heart as well as the willingness to appease both parties, he wants to see not only both sides living in prosperity, but an end to this massacre as well. But like I said, the sooner we ALL come to the realization that a 2-state solution is an impossibility

First of all, I want the carnage and suffering to stop immediately. The children, most of all, must not suffer like they are in a war they did not cause or comprehend. They are paying the price for what certain people decided making them fodder to serve their own purposes.

Having said that, I still maintain that the two state option as I stated above is the only realistically possible outcome, no matter how unlikely it may seem to many here. Why? Because the alternative - merely declaring that the two sides cannot live with each other is not a solution. Both sides are millions strong, and both sides are entrenched in the region at least for the last 75 years, not to mention much further back into history. Similarly, declaring who is right and who is wrong is not a solution either.

Neither side can kill the other completely, nor physically remove the other completely. So the only viable alternative that remains must be to create the conditions that enable them to live side by side in peace, prosperity and sovereignty. The discussion here should be to make that possible, and not merely endlessly spamming and endlessly parroting idealistic rants and inflammatory rhetoric.

But, hey, that is what the management seem to want and encourage, so that is what we have. Sadly.
