They didn't say anything wrong, they lost their loved ones in the war. If the army wants to do the operation, do it silently, don't play drums of war. That's how Western agencies and the military work. PA should do the operation silently and inside Afghanistan and keep in mind such an operation has no impact on the Pak border population and people of KPK. But it should be a lowkey operation, carrot and stick policy.

It's politics, Tribal areas are part of KPK and PTI has alot of support, plus tribal area people have families and relatives in Afghanistan, the blowback will hurt PTI first for allowing the attacks, possible terrorist attacks on pti leadership. Those in Punjab or Sindh don't care. PTI concerns can be understood but what is their solution? What kind of peace deals do they want to sign, do they want to forgive 1000s of terrorists, will allow them self rule in Tribal areas? Allow them to take tax etc. We will end up again with a powerful extremist militant organisation.

Don’t forget to mention that these militants have substantial local support in both kpk and baloch areas. It’s a big issue. All these jihadi afghani caught in anti terror ops have local facilitators. Same same with BLA/ BLF.
