The Chinese government plans to invest about 80 billion yuan (over $11 billion) in the development of the economy of the Tibet Autonomous Region in 2024, Azernews reports, citing Xinhua news agency.

According to him, the funds will be used for the construction of infrastructure facilities - railways, expressways and airports. In particular, the authorities will begin or continue the construction of 10 key air harbors in the region.

In addition, according to the agency, the allocated budget funds will be used to finance projects for the supply of environmentally friendly energy.

Mr. Khoa was born and raised in Bat Trang and has been involved in the ceramics profession for nearly 40 years. To ensure enough product orders to serve the 2024 Lunar New Year, Mr. Khoa's factory has 4 employees, many times having to work overtime from morning to night.

According to Mr. Khoa, shaping from clay is quite an important step, how to create a product with the correct shape according to the model, the dragon brings Vietnamese elements and does not confuse it with another country.

Ceramic products shaped like dragons will be glazed and fired after completing the clay shaping.

After leaving the kiln, the product will go to the most awaited stage, gold painting. The craftsman will use liquid gold to line each line of the dragon product, then continue to bake for another 6 to 8 hours to get the highlight and luxury.

Mr. Mac Trieu Duong, a craftsman who has been drawing on ceramic products for 4 years, said that to complete drawing a 2024 Giap Thin dragon mascot product, it takes him about 2,5 hours on average, a lot of drawing a day. Maximum 5 products. The most difficult thing is drawing the hidden details, deep behind the small narrow slots on the product.

The finished painted product has an even brightness of gold, no burn marks, and the drawing lines must be seamless and without interruption.

Mr. Nguyen Van Luc, the unit that came up with the idea and ordered the artisans to make the Giap Thin miracle product, shared that the product was inspired by the golden seal "Emperor chi bao" - a priceless Vietnamese treasure. Nam - and the design is inspired by the dragon of the Le Dynasty residing at Kinh Thien Palace - Thang Long Imperial Citadel.

The three sides of the seal are engraved with the words An - Thuan - Phat symbolizing peace, convenience and development, the other side is an image of a Carp turning into a dragon. The sole surface must not be crafted or painted.
