Bangladesh has now entered uncharted waters, with no stability in sight anytime soon. A national government without seasoned politicians is not going to make it, there are different pressure groups that will extract their pound of flesh.
And now, they've learnt how to get that done.
Sheikh Hasina has left a power vacuum which not everyone can fill. A few days of harassing Awami League politicians will be the honeymoon period, how short will that be? Can't say.
But after that, it's going to be one hell of a power struggle!
Coming on streets is easier than doing actual governance, with the economy already on shaky grounds, some are going to learn it very soon.

There is no political vacuum in Bangladesh. BNP-Jamat is already controlling the streets outside of our metropolitan areas. They will be back in power for now. And a better alternative of Awami League will form too, people want fresh and spotless politicians.

The Bangladeshi uprising also has the American stamp of approval so I wouldn't be surprised if this might be a color revolution in disguise. The only country right now with a chance of actual, tangible revolution is Pakistan - a mass uprising by all the oppressed nationalities of this country against the military and feudal elite. No other country in South Asia is in the position we are in right now. We could change the direction of South Asia if we recognize who the enemy is.

We're backwards because we don't come from fertile plains which are conducive to nation building. Even in Punjab, our people were impoverished peasants who didn't even own the land they sat on. And like I said - BY DESIGN. The British purposely gave land to loyalists, and in turn, they squandered whatever agricultural productivity they had. And you're here criticizing the people who have had their political rights stolen for generations lmao. As an educated Pakistani, the responsibility falls on YOU to give them their rights. Pakistan is parliamentary democracy, no single individual win election but a seat. PTI was below majority even before form 47 rigging.

Pakistan is multi ethnic country, comparación with Bangladesh is stupid. PTI can only win majority in KP which is 1/6 of Pakistan. KP people love taliban ideology with masala of terrorism, thats demography will support someone like Imran Khan who consider himself their own.

Even his electoral opponents like head of JI accepted (thanks for their own form 45) that PTI won more then two third majority. From Karachi to Khyber, they swept the election. Thats whole of Pakistan for you! These generals who are not accepting people's will, they are the jet black traitors. Nawaz and Zardari clans are just mere puppets of generals and it wont take long to squash them like house flies once generals are sorted out.
