What happened in Bangladesh is 1000% US sponsored color revolution like what they did in Ukraine, Iran etc
- Army twerks with protestors when it's a color revolution (Ukraine 2014, Iran 1979, Egypt Mubarak, Now Bangladesh, Pak lawyers movement)

Army massacres protestors when it's genuine (Iran -Musadeq, Egypt- Tank assault on unarmed protesters 100s dead, Pakistan TLP,PTI, Bangladesh 15 years ago, Thailand democracy movement)

BA is a highly professional and patriotic force and simply does not fire on its own people.

What happened 15 years ago was an inter-service fight between BSF and BA.

Now please understand that BD is a secular and homogenous state and so does not have any of the extremism or ethnic differences that you sighted in your examples.

There is informal war going on between Pakistani (Muslim) and Indian (Hindu) ideology, within subcontinent post Mughal Empire. The 71 victory is neutralized today when Bengali rejects / destructs Mahatma of Bengali Nationalism Sheikh Mujib ur Rehman statue and chased away his off springs who rejects Pakistani Muslim ideology to begins with. There is simply no peace in subcontinent until we subdue all india once again.

Sheikh Mujib does not have sole ownership of BD or it's freedom struggle.
He had no direct involvement with the war of liberation at all. In fact, he was against seperating from Pakistan until he got arrested and whisked away to West Pakistan.

"Pakistani Muslim Ideology/2 nation theory" died when Yahya launched indsicriminate attacks on civilians on 25th March 1971.

What both Bangladesh and Pakistan have in common are:

Sometimes Usa punishes leaders for their disobedience. Hasina didnt condemn Russia for Ukraine war and continued to trade with Russia, for the usa that's unacceptable, similar to how Imran Khan kept saying we are neutral. Hasina BAL will be back but BNP will be the bigger party for now, will it be better for Bangladesh I doubt it unless a new reformist party Is formed to bring a genuine change in Bangladesh.

The students protests were genuine but it was the military that told Hasina it's all over for her, Hasina could have used brutal force against students but military refused, she could also have just waited it out till everyone gets tired.

With respect to Bangladeshi members, hopefully a new party will be formed by clean politicians with big Influence from the youth and students in order to make reforms for a stronger Bangladesh.

This was an unforced error by Hasina. Shouldn’t have shot the students in the original protest.

She should have immediately compromised and either massive reduced or scrapped the "freedom fighter" quota altogether.

There were plenty of other ways to reward the AL cadre that she needed to shore up her position.

People simply do not understand that it is impossible for any government to stay in power in BD if most of the people hate you. They will rise up and pay in blood for a government they do not want to rule over them anymore.

A Bangladeshi film producer with ties to India’s Bengali film industry, Selim Khan, was lynched by a mob in Chandpur on Monday, Bangladeshi media reported.

Selim Khan, who also served as Chairman of Lakshmipur Model Union Parishad, and his actor son Shanto Khan were beaten to death amidst widespread violence following the ousting of former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, who fled the country in a military-led coup.

Selim Khan was known for producing the biopic “Bangabandhu,” about Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the founder of Bangladesh and father of Sheikh Hasina. The film reportedly had the patronage of PM Hasina.

According to the Daily Star, Selim and Shanto fled their village and headed to Farakkabad Bazar in Balia Union as news of Hasina’s resignation spread. They managed to escape initially by opening fire but were later caught and killed by an angry mob in the nearby Bagarabazar area. The incident was confirmed by Sheikh Mohsin Alam, Officer-in-Charge of Chandpur Sadar Police Station.

Look, as much as you want a Muslim - Hindu ideological war, there is not going to be one. Try visiting Saudia Arabia sometimes and you will know why. LOL!

Among wider Muslims, its not really a Hindu-Muslim thing, its only Pakistan-India thing, and honestly, most of Muslims find it very amusing and funny how likes of you (and specifically you) try to be more Muslim than even Arabs.

Once a very learned Pakistani told some Arab dignitaries "Alas! we mourn the loss of Spain!". The looks he got were funny and full of surprise.

You will do better to remember that for world wide Muslims, you people are Pakistani first and then Muslims and never the other way round. So your little fist fight with India is that only. An India Pakistan brawl. Most muslims in general give a zero damn about it.

No she could not as even her SPF(Special Protection Force) was no longer to be trusted to protect her. They leaked the plans of her residence to protestors waiting outside!

BA told her in no uncertain term they will not kill thousands of protestors in order to protect her regime anymore.

Again it is difficult for others outside BD to understand that BA simply cannot be made to kill its fellow citizens by any government.

@Joe Shearer You can curse Sanghis as much as you want, but this takes the cake. Its like India trying to erase Gandhi completely and RSS killing and lynching even the actors that would have ever played Gandhi. 15 years of Hindutva rule was not this damaging.

Funny part is, these folks are trying to rewrite the history itself... If these few days are any indication, Bangladesh's history books are going to be fully rewritten soon with SMR being made some kind of usurper.
