I partially agree with your postThe Peter Principle says that in an hierarchy, everyone is rising towards their level of incompetence. To his credit he was an handsome and charismatic cricketer, a successful socialite, did great charity work and a reasonable politician but a total failure as a Prime Minister. He was brought into power by the Army and he was removed by the Army as he had become an existentialist threat to the country he think he was trying to fix. I can give you a laundry list of bad decisions and no decisions and his interaction with foreign friends of Pakistan that justified his removal. But his single biggest issue was the amount of control his wife of a few years I.e. Pinky Aunti had developed on him. Among other things, Pinky took advantage of this trust to influence many things in the government such as key appointments including that of Buzdar but lining her own pockets totally contradicting and destroying what he stood for. Imran’s issues are in his head. He has a narcissistic personality and very shallow understanding of Islam but he thinks he the smartest person. When he used to talk about Islam or history I can tell exactly which book he got his ideas from.
It seems he also a fan of Machiavelli. He has gone against everyone who helped his political career including Tareen as a result he is now surrounded by bunch of low intelligence sycophants. This a typical sign of a narcissist personality.
I don’t blame the Army for removing him but I do blame them specifically Bajwa for helping him become the PM in the first place.
One day you will wake up and realize that you have wasted you life following an illusion.Enemies of Imran and Pakistan and their propaganda and lies against Imran Khan and Pakistan
"Imran Khan is a staunch fundamentalist Muslim.
Imran Khan is a Jewish agent.
Imran Khan is an enemy of women; he wants to confine them to their homes.
Women sing and dance at Imran Khan's rallies.
Why did Imran Khan say ‘Absolutely Not’?
Imran Khan is a slave of the West and is pushing their agenda.
Imran Khan is an enemy of the army and a traitor.
Why does Imran Khan want to talk to the army?
Young people in Pakistan are disillusioned with Imran Khan.
For God’s sake, the youth should stop supporting Imran Khan.
Imran Khan is addicted to drugs and will fall at others' feet in two days.
Those who support Imran Khan know that he has been in jail for a long time.
You will hear thousands of such contradictory statements from Imran Khan's opponents. Even if nothing else is proven, this much is certain: his opponents have carved out a unique place for themselves in hypocrisy."
So will you, I'm afraid. One day you will wake up and realize that you have wasted you life following an illusion.
Imran Khan, the hero who aimed to uplift Pakistan from its miserable state, has faced relentless challenges. Despite his tireless efforts, the nation's potential is consistently strangled by the very generals who are supposed to protect it. These arrogant, power-hungry despots have shown nothing but contempt for the people, manipulating the system for their gain while the nation suffers. Their actions are not just a betrayal; they are a disgrace to the uniform they wear.
A failed political leader
For me he is someone who disowned his real daughter for political gains
But as I said, people were hoping and supported to him for better future of the country, but due to incompleteness - he gone to wrong direction and made too many mistakes. He might honest but does not have capabilities to lead a country...
Our nation as a society has not grown up yet. They decide people’s character on the basis of father’s deeds, daughters deeds and even cousins deeds.Lets assume you are right, but for what end? The political gain you mentioned, did they serve him for any personal reasons, like increase in wealth and resources, like most political dynasties in Pakistan use political power for?
And while you are at it, you must acknowledge, his marriage to Jemima came to end because of his political ambitions and not being able to give time to the family, something which ex wife acknowledges. Would that not be seen as a sacrifice ?
I respectfully disagree, his quest for political power is not guided by personal gains but to serve his nation.
Our nation as a society has not grown up yet. They decide people’s character on the basis of father’s deeds, daughters deeds and even cousins deeds.
A lot of people in Pakistan alleged Imran Khan of being the agent of Jewish lobby just because he married a Jewish girl. How will they forgive a person who has a illegitimae child?
This is the norm of our society, unfortunately.
No doubt he is the most popular politician in Pakistan. Not only of 2024. But probably in the history of Pakistan. His jews ex in-laws or his "alleged" illegitimate child has never been a concern for his vote bank has it? And he commands the single biggest mandate all across the Pakistan, by some margin!
What does it tell you?
He will not. They are a special breedSo will you, I'm afraid.
No doubt he is the most popular politician in Pakistan. Not only of 2024. But probably in the history of Pakistan.
If he dies in the prison, he will be remembered as the biggest and most influential politician from Pakistan after Quad-e-Azam and above Bhutto and his name will be chanted in PTI jalsas even in 2060.
He has a cult following and those who follow him, does not care about his past.
Cultism on cue. That bureaucrat was you right? Then Imran must be at fault![]()
Cultism on cue.
And no, they were part of KP bureaucracy.
