Do you have a source for this? I did some cursory online searches and it shows that Bangladesh doesn't have visa on arrival for anyone in South Asia.

you wouldn't want to enjoy on arrival visa in bd... their is no one in that counter most of the time... hopefully things change when the new terminal becomes operational.

Bangladesh is a tankers nightmare. Muddy terrain, hundreds of rivers and thousands and thousands of anti tank... the only way to win is air dominance... armored warfare is not a good idea for any invading force.

Visa on Arrival is only given to Afganistan cos there is no BD consulate in that country

Visa on Arrival is applicable for the national of a country/a person travelling from a country where there is no Bangladeshi Embassy/High Commission/Consulate.
