Iran looks like it literally destroyed a whole airbase and put it out of action. This was the most important airbase and the only one with planes that Iran could not defeat with its layered air defence systems.
It can destroy all the others and then the entity is defenceless as it can be easily overrun without an airforce.
Unless the US joins in, don't expect much more than token strikes which may not even get through Iranian defences.

if we really took out their missile radars and depleted their interceptors then we can start to use lower grade / cost missiles in next rounds
this is always the best strategy: start with your best to degrade their defences, so the higher quantity / lower cost missiles can follow with better success
