Whatever

Victorious of/from what?
What and when was this victory.

I don't know if I asked my question correctly, but I hope you understand what I mean.

Zoroastrianism is always about being Good.

Good Thoughts (Humata)

Good Words (Hukata)

Good Deeds (Hvrshta)

So Victory over Evil I guess.

Thank you.
What this symbolizes, what role this symbolic fire played in that victory. What is the relation of fire with always being good.

I know I am asking some questions which can be taken in a wrong too, based how things are in this world. But my intentions are good and I will appreciate your sharing of knowledge.

Usually the elaborate consecration of an Atash Behram fire followed a significant victory by Persian forces.

So the original origins might probably have been military. I'm making an educated guess here.

Of course we will be good. Those we defeat, evil.

Later it became more symbolic.

I always love how US talks about 'rules based international order'.

Vetoes are according to the rules in UNO. Don't like it? Please get the rules changed. China and Russia do it too, as do others. According to the rules, of course.

Reading comprehension is not taught in US?

"US refused to accept the finding". The veto came into the picture only because US refused a ICJ ruling. Maybe go back to kindergarten.

Apparently, comprehension is not your strong suit. Are ICJ rulings binding to begin with?

Apparently, reading is tough for you. It's mentioned there in the screenshot -
It is up to the States concerned to apply the court's decisions in their national jurisdictions, and, in most cases, they honour their obligations under international law and comply.
The comment was about US' (and west by extension) hypocritical 'rules based order' statements. The country that doesn't itself follow rules gives lectures to others about rules based order.
