I've said it for a few days now, iran should be preparing a massive strike on Israel

Israel may go for another 'nothing target ' as not to incite Iran too much, however if Israel hits Iranian oil or government targets
Then Iran need to immediately target Israeli infrastructure
It's water desalination plants, it's central energy system,

It needs to load it's missiles with heavy warheads not just kinetic strikes and go to town on Israel

Maybe in the past, but since the death of Nasrallah and most of Hezbollah’s chain of command, that has [it appears] awakened Iran’s leadership to the risk to its sovereignty. Strikes are on Iranian soil will have consequences. Strikes in Syria/Lebanon/Iraq prob not.
You have to remember that Iran entered the Syrian civil war and backed Assad to maintain its supply lines to Hezbollah back in 2011. That’s how important Hezbollah is to Iran’s deterrence strategy.
Now that Israel has degraded its key pillar of deterrence [HZ + Hamas], Iran is more likely to go the path of nuclear escalation and responding directly to threats.

Wrong Iran had no choice but to retaliate. They have to win back the trust of hezbollah somehow. Iran will not go nuclear despite all the talks here. All the Iranian proxies are expendable according to you so like I said Iran will not retaliate after Israeli strike in the coming weeks.
