When will the 'House' be burned down? Year 2074? The system is rigged, as we all know it well. I remember Ross Perot got 19% of the votes. 19%!!! Where is he and his 'movement' now?? And here people are wishing for a pie in the sky Jill Stein reaching to 5% to become a political party. BTW, I supported Nader in 2000 and Jill Stein in one of the subsequent elections, so the idealism is not new to me. However, I believe that both Rep and Dem are in a fight for Presidency with the thinnest of margins in many of the last many elections. They can't ignore a single vote in the Swing States: G.W.Bush won based on a just a few hundred votes in Florida in 2000. The AIPAC money is the kingmaker but hundreds of thousands of voters in Swing States can also be big influence.
So, to repeat myself: The Pro Palestinian voters need to act as a block. One public voice like AARP or AIPAC or some Labor Union. Absolutely. Vote as a block in the Swing States after making a public political stand to conditionally support Harris for only 2024 and only in the Swing States. Such a declaration would go long ways in getting 'noticed' otherwise expect to be sitting on the sidelines licking wounds like Nader, Perot and multiple other candidates voters did and still do. If Harris deviates then punish her.
But you just don't want a Trump Presidency. It is almost predictable what he is going to do. Harris is not predictable in contrast. I am in agreement with Mehdi Hassan on this point and no matter how many people chewed him out or me out, I believe the needle has to move forward through influencing the Democratic Party behavior, which already has a sufficient Pro Palestinian vote, then going for some Pie in the Sky at least in this election cycle.
I hope the Pro Palestinian voices, whether Muslim or not, think in really political terms then emotionally. I don't know if any of them are even reading this here. Trust me: From reading the Zionist blogspace for months, they are afraid of Harris!!
I keep hearing about Trump being so blunt and what not as if that's a virtue in itself.
