We need to look at Israel's behavior in this war so far.

They love killing high profile leaders so they can use the poster with their pictures crossed out as propaganda material.

I think there is zero doubt that Israel will focus on assassinations. Anything else will be a sideshow.

Why do some people still underestimate Israel's military might and insanity?
Israel has done whatever it wanted and killed anyone it didn't like.
This was no different in Tehran, even on the day of the presidential inauguration.
No one survived.
Now, with a clear go-ahead from the US, Israel is likely to launch an attack that will deal a serious blow to Iran.
There is no way to prevent this.
To prevent it, Iran's leaders should have supplied Lebanon with a large supply of rockets to take away the margin, leaving the IDF with its hands full in dealing with it.
Why they did not choose this practical and less risky means is beyond me.

The propaganda value is off the charts.



The aim is not to paralyze the country but the propaganda value that says Israel/US can get to anyone in Iran. Anyone.

A series of high profile assassinations will have more propaganda value than hitting the nuclear sites.

Remember, Israel lost face when Iran showed its missile defence system to be a joke. What it needs more than anything is a propaganda win of equal magnitude.

That means deep into process of boiling frog by Israel....Iran had assassinations of that kind in period of the revolution...nothing traumatic effect Israel is able to create...just for public, not substance just mask...maybe they are boiling frog...

They are military powerful, but are deeply dependent on usa army, that doesn't look like ready to accept Bibi for commander-in-chief...Attack of usa army on Iran is excluded, so yes, they still have resources to serious blow, but not for victory, first to think about victory they will have to eliminate Hezbollah as real threat, to make conditions for every Israelis to back home etc... they want victory, but without war and battling, what is sci-fi....

Mr. Meengla posted a video with same point of view. It could be either an act to avoid a significant attack and subsequent regional war or just a boycott because of the elections. Anyways seems that there is a growing breach between Netanyahu and Biden.

In this part of the video, Scott Ritter is talking about the leak plans to attack Iran. Ritter can be a little bit of loose cannon but not too bad. But here what he is saying was also said by the more credible people like A. Crooke, Ray McGovern, and Larry C Johnson. Basically, the 'leak' was some American security establishment whistle blower who wants to prevent a regional war.
Also, like many analysts have been saying, American govt is paralyzed until the Nov. 5 elections and Netanyahu's well aware of that and is trying to use his big Jewish donors to get as much out before the elections as possible. The Democrats by now KNOW that Netanyahu wants a Trump Presidency, just like Netanyahu had once worked against the Obama Presidency. But Dems can't do much until at least the elections on Nov. 5.

There was a lot of chatter about GPS jamming all across Israel as a layer of complexity for Iran to hit Israeli targets. As it turned out, all the GPS jamming did diddly squad. Most probably Iran was using GLONASS or BeiDou.

Now role is reversed, what options Israel got since its more likely that all major Iranian strategic sites are jamming GPS signals. I doubt Israelis have access to GLONASS or BeiDou for military purpose.

They can jam all satellite signals as Russia jams GPS in Ukraine.

What Iran was probably using is inertial navigation with maybe satellite correction and then either radar seekers(can be jammed) or image sensors in the final moments as the warhead impacts the target.

We saw some missiles hit with 10m and 30m accuracy and it would have needed at least 2 of the above to achieve that level of accuracy.

Pakistan was not built by angry masses, it was built by the generations produced by Aligarh pushing change within the system using the people the British used to control the area - fight fire with fire.

Iran’s power isn’t just in the missiles that can hit Israel , it’s the ability to completely shut down the energy lifeline that is the Gulf and disrupt the western created world economic system.

A single stuck ship in a Canal in Egypt brought supply chains to a total halt - that is Egypt’s leverage.

Muslims in campuses - boarding up and so on don’t have that leverage other than nuisance - they still get the “right to protest” niceties but nothing else.
Muslims in boats like Greenpeace stopping supplies to Israel, disrupting supplies on trucks and trains to defense manufacturers and so on - that will cause mass arrests because that actually hurts.
