The question was whether Russia would be able to track Israel's F-35's on the way to Iran from Russia and provide advance warning to Iran. The answer, it appears to be, is not easy.

Iran has advanced VHF radars capable of tracking stealth aircraft. Fix and mobile class. By all videos published it seems clearly that no one aircraft 4 or 5 generation penetrated in iranian airspace.
If any SAM site has been attacked, probably has been done by newest versions of HARM missiles.
But up now we don't have any evidence of entering air space. No videos from IDF, no videos from civilians and no refuelling tank or guided weapons launched, missed or filmed.

On the other hand seems probably that any early VHF or even passive radar (S400 has passive radar) deployed by Russia in Syria could tracked and give any early warning to Iran.

And moreover, the damage it is so light and so limited that there is a distortion between the number of IDF aircraft involved (allegedly by TWZ or zionists media en which are talking about dozens or even one hundred) and real damage inflicted. If that huge quantity was real used in combate seems that at any point they aborted the mission or simply the made a night airshow to IADs screen crews by unknown but plausible reasons (they were afraid of being shoot down).

Unfortunately, I believe that once again the Iranian leadership has made the wrong decision.
They are turning a blind eye to the loss of seven lives so far, and the murder by Israel of civilians who had nothing to do with the military.
