Lebanon-Israel War | 2023-present

I am afraid that Hezbollah does not have this capability

Iran has a mature drone industry and can develop small, long range, kamikaze FPV drones that it can supply by the thousands.

BEIRUT, June 18 (Reuters) - Hezbollah on Tuesday published a nine-minute 31 second-long video of what it said was footage gathered from its surveillance aircraft of locations in Israel, including the city of Haifa's sea and air ports.

Haifa is 27 kilometres (17 miles) from the Lebanese border.

The group's head, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, said in November that Hezbollah had been sending surveillance drones over Haifa.

The Iran-backed militant group has sent both surveillance and attack drones into Israel in the last eight months, as it exchanges fire with the Israeli military in parallel with the Gaza war.

I sure this is in the all in the works but apart from short-term disruption Hezbollah will find it almost impossible to permanently ground the Zionist airforce.

Urgent⛔️ A major mutiny in the Zionist Air Force and reports that 4 brigadier generals withdrew from the military air bases along with 200 pilots and assistants, and what was rumored about the escape of a large group of Zionist soldiers from the battlefield is the main reason behind stopping operations in southern Lebanon!

I would like to believe. But need further confirmation. It is so serious and they would get hard military punishments.

The idea is not to ground the airforce.

A fleet of small kamikaze drones can be used to target barracks at night, Mossad offices, settlement checkposts, etc. Make their life hell because Iron Dome is useless against these drones.

Where are those forum blockheads who told us for years that Iranian military technology was unconfirmed and ineffective?

Yea i remember there was a lot ridiculing iranian defence equipment. But nobody laughs now.

To admit, I wasnt entirely convinced myself either. But i think a lot of the underestimation comes from media conditioning. Iran is always potrayed as the backward opressive country, creating an impresson that Iran is unable to advanced tech. Ultimately its a form of self-deception.

IDF casualties are going up rapidly, HZB were correct when they said they will ramp up the operations in coming days.

Btw I read somewhere hzb has or had capacity to fire upto 2000 rockets per day?

that was pre-war estimate, not a concrete number

Hezbollah has already fired c. 15,000 rockets and at this rate of 200 per day is firing more than 70,000 rockets at Israel per year ... this could be a long way so it makes sense to conserve rockets and fire at this rate
