Hezbollah seems to have overcome its initial loss of leadership and chaos at the start. Some were saying they are finished, by looks of it they are killing many idf terrorists.

Hezbollah ATGM teams hunt IDF terrorists across the border with precision

I saw a video this week showing a Hezbollah fighter lone holding off an IDF unit, they had to call in close air support just because of one guy.Israel also faces significant obstacles. An assessment of the ground operations in Lebanon in a policy paper for Tel Aviv University’s Institute for National Security Studies last week noted that “ground forces face numerous constraints,” with soldiers and reservists “weary after a year of continuous war” in Gaza
I highlighted that to show very simple yes Israelis control the air but AirPower will only get you so far one year of nonstop fighting and one year of dodging Hezbollah now an attempt at a land war idf is falling apart at the seams.
Israel presumably has plans to set up additional makeshift airstrips around the country. The IDF presumably has a unit that specializes in that.Yeah the simplest but also the hardest thing it would have to be several large waves directed at each base mix of saturated attack drones and precision but I guess said than done you don’t have to be a military strategist to know they are protecting their air bases far better than their cities, towns or army bases without their air forces they have been shown that 90 percent of their “army” are useless conscripts who are cowards

Honestly imagine what would have happened if Jordan and Egypt were involved in some capacity it doesn’t need to be a direct military confrontation but they can make the border hot sniping IDF soldiers artillery duels supplies going in to help the resistance most Israelis don’t have fight in them there army is suffering badly of ptsd despite its massive advantageSeems like the settlers in the Northern colonies have had enough. 70% are now considering not returning to their settlements.
