Trump maybe antiwar in general but when it comes to the Middle East, he is even more of a war monger than Biden. I have not found a single credible American analyst who thinks otherwise. Why would Trump not act per the wishes of his constituency? What do the Arabs/Palestinians offer him in America as voters. Both Democrats and Republicans are beholden to the AIPAC money: We just saw how Jamaal Bowman and Cory Bush lost in their Primaries and those two were just the latest in a long list of AIPAC victims. Matthew Hoh, a credible analyst, even recently said any American President who substantially goes against Israel may find a united Congress to impeach him/her. Imagine the Sword of Democles that hangs over the American political system: Their choice: Accept the AIPAC money and obey or ELSE!!
But at least the Democratic party's cadre has a significant and growing anti-Israel constituency; that's the main difference between the two parties. Don't forget that almost half of the Democratic Congressmen boycotted the Netanyahu's Joint address to the US Congress a few months ago: That was a courageous step especially in an election year and those who follow the American politics know its significance.
The Democratic Party is on an irreversible, albeit slower than needed, path of alienation from Israel. And that's why generally the pro Palestinian American analysts are cautious about what a President Harris might do but they have no illusions about Trump.

#2: Yes, it does seem like the world is marching toward a major war of annihilation and I blame the Goddamn Neocons sitting in Washington. More than even Israel, the war machine in Washington is the main culprit; Israel, like Ukraine, is another tool to launder money.
As to places to move: Pakistan could be a good choice: It was all four seasons and if push comes to shove, it can be a self-sustaining nation although very poor. You wouldnt have to worry about vigilantes carrying guns hunting brown people in Pakistan, and yes, when 9/11 happened that was a major concern for me living in semi rural area. However, Pakistan is a part of Eurasia and it will be nearly impossible for Pakistan to be not affected by a major war involving China and Iran: Pakistan has land borders with them and the northern latitudes of Pakistan are like those in the Mid Atlantic states in America: Pakistan is a northern country and an integral part of Eurasia and nuclear fallouts will be very likely. Even the southern most city Karachi has the latitude like Miami.
So the best places for escape would be higher altitudes in more remote Pacific islands.

Obviously, his supporters don't care about the embassy move and don't agree with the second part. It should come as no surprise that they can have different opinions on things. I myself know many Iranian-Americans and a Pakistani-American who hold different opinions on Middle-East.

As to the bolded part: I hope you are right. But if you are wrong then this madman Trump would withdraw from Ukraine--which he has been wanting to anyway--and divert the American resources to try to beat to submission the Resistance in the Middle East. It is not beyond Trump to do that and that's what his constituency wants. This person is so unpredictable that credible sources said that he might have launched an attack on China to start a conflict to avoid being kicked out of office when he lost the 2020 elections; the Chinese were told through Pentagon channels that no such thing would be coming.
But I hope you are right about Trump. I really do.

Yes that is the risk, that he would pull back from Ukraine and give more arms to Israel, but even escalation to de-escalate is likely to have a ceiling, because with naked animosity and ever more escalation, would bring more risk to the Arab rulers, especially if the Israelis try to expel the Palestinians outside of Palestine.
This is why I find it similar to what happened in Vietnam. Plus the anti-war movement in the US would be super charged due to anti-Trump sentiment, similar to how the anti- Vietnam war movement was supercharged with the election of Nixon as president.
Nixon initiated secret negotiations with the Vietnamese within months of assuming office, but it did drag on for years though. Btw, Nixon was friends with Trump and said he would make a good politician one day. So I see Trump as another Nixon like figure.
With the anti-Trump polarization that can be focused into an anti-war movement, unlike any possible under a democrat president. we have to go back and see how the anti-Vietnam war movement increased from LBJ to Nixon.
