Residents in Erbil reported hearing several loud explosions, with footage of what looked like large ballistic missile impacts circulating on social media. The IRGC has recently confirmed that it struck the HQs of anti-Iran terrorist groups in Erbil.

This comes almost two weeks after the worst terrorist attack in the history of the Islamic Republic when ISIS terrorists targeted civilians mourning the assassination of Shahid Soleimani in Kerman, killing 94 civilians (including many children) and injuring 284 civilians.

This is a developing story.

From 3 to 9 seconds in this video is that a missile exploding in the air then flames crashing down?

They were more than just bangs, are you denying that Iranian BMs are capable of doing any damage? Underestimating the enemy isn't wise.

I am not denying anything. I am just waiting for some credible information about what actually happened in terms of damage.

It's okay. We do need to wait for credible information before any initial claims are to be believed in such situations. No worries. But let us all remain level headed here, at least.

State media is quoting the IRGC, who did the attack, as targetting Syrian terrorist bases and Israeli espionage base in the Iraqi Kurdistan region. So we know what they hit, but the damage is going to take some time to assess. I'm sure state media of both Iran and Iraq will tell us soon.
