It's written in the NOTAM itself, 'NAVAL SHIPS WILL CONDUCT LIVE FIRING PRACTICE'.

Pakistan Navy test-fired this missile from the Zulfiqar class (F-22P) guided missile frigate. Pakistan Navy is operating 4 modernized Zulfiqar class frigates.

Word was on the PDF that SMASH is the supersonic cruise missile while P282 will be Long range hypersonic ballistic missile. lets wait till 6th.

Doesn't look like F2, missile has different fins and size is totally different, seems more longer/much less wider than F2.
