The subsonic aspect requires smaller turbofans - you asked the Chinese - they asked a higher price for it and integration assistance than you are willing to pay.
You have decided it is not a priority per cost and Babur/Fatah covers most of the immediate targets you have in mind and survivability of systems.

Keep in mind that a subsonic system going 1500 km and actually being able to make it through AD to that distance are two different things.

Exactly dont look at range if ARFC can achieve their defined targets with in 500 to 600km range with precision and accuracy i will be more happy then a subsonic cruise missile getting intercepted at 1000km range but pak must make a supersonic cruise missile at least in those 500 600km ranges its mandatory and urgent rather than extending ranges .
