They should have replace him or he should step down after Mid-Term 2022. Again, that was supposed to be the report card that show the current ruling party. The way it was going, everyone was expecting a red wave, but that red wave did not actually come, and the dem even kept the senate majority.
That's the reason why they keep Biden, thinking they will have a shot in the Presidential Election.
Well, I can only say the worse thing done by the dem than keeping Biden is replacing him 3 months from election. That show a big WTF "Do you actually know what are you doing" message to the independnt
You can't replace any federal employee just by firing them all, you can replace the head but that won't do anything actually.
Plus, most of Trump problem are state (him winning presidency mean he can get the classified document case out and the Jan 6 case toss out) but the case about him in NY will stay and so did the election interference case.

Where did all those votes go, so many people can't decide to just sit out elections . Even if independents are added it's doesn't make 20M.
Curb stomping by Republicans on mail in ballot rigging has helped immensely.

You can defund and eliminate an entire agency however. More so with SC in favour, there is no place for them to challege.

Well, she got similar vote than Clinton back in 16' (IIRC Clinton got around 65 mil, she's 63 now, probably hitting that in the end maybe slightly ahead)
There are a lot of independent voter in the US, if they don't vote dem lose that's just how it was.
The thing is, Trump didn't get nearly as much vote too than 2020 (but significantly more than 2016) means the independent didn't actually vote for Trump either, and on base to base, Dem loses.

you can't impeach a judge from the SC.....
You can impeach a Federal Judge in senate, then you will need 2/3 of senate approval (the same as impeachment of a President) SC or any Federal authority have no right on a state judge

I believe you can certainly charge a state judge in a federal law violation in SC, right?
After all state judges are also citizens.
Given how irregular state court cases were against him, he can also be absolutely vindictive and drag the judge him/herself in a federal offense in a court that is sympathetic to him.
I believe a federal conviction can lead to automatic disbarment, right?

You will need the floor to change the pay scale of any federal employee or Government Scale......
POTUS have very little power actually, a lot of things most people think will happen when Trump is POTUS don't actually happens. He can't throw anyone in jail, he can direct any federal agency to investigate anyone, nor was he able to stop funding to Ukraine, the former one is the job for Judiciary Branch (separated from executive branch which the POTUS lead) and the latter is Legislative Branch, again, separated from executive branch.
He can instruct his party not pass any bill from 2025 to 2029 (Dem probably have enough number to stop him from passing anything anyway), but any bill that passed would continue to execute unless the floor void it.
