I wouldn't doubt Trump on this one.

I think it's international protocal to give some forewarning for people to evacuate the area before an incomming strike, usually an hours notice. The US did the same when they retaliated against Iranian oil rigs as a response to the US ships attacked "by error" from the Iranian side. But I have no doubt Trump is embellishing things with his additional dialogue of "we're going to miss every single one wink wink" etc. The evidence was clear that this wasn't the case.

Using ballistic missiles for such short ranges doesn't make sense to me, and to attack inside Pakistan would be very strange indeed. I am sceptical of the veracity of this.
