Why do you think there is room for 'hate' or 'love' in geopolitics? Only at street level, people may think like that. The GCC Arab rulers, for all their faults, are quite pragmatic with focus on staying in power and in IMO they do have very soft corner for Palestinians. And they know that if there is no real or perceived threat from Iran then they don't need America to stay in power. It was for nothing that China brokered the historic raproachment between KSA and Iran--both Russia and China are also aligned behind the Arabs for their own interests. Biden foreign policy was a disaster!!! Absolutely!! As I said, this is not 2016 or 2020. Much has changed in just last few years. If Israel had thoroughly subjugated Gaza and Lebanon and Americans have totally neutralized the Houthis and the Iranians then it would be a different thing. But the Gulf monarch now well know they can have some backbone. They can afford to have some backbone.

They are of course interested in preserving their own position, specificially their own dynasty, which is a Arab tradition. In that regard they are pragmatic.
Concerning the soft corner for Palestinians, i too think they have that… but their self preservation is of course far stronger. Even with full backing of China Russia alliance, they are not safe from eventual US enginnered regime change.

What KSA has done, does it matter to the outcome? NO.
