Zhuhai Airshow 2024

Interfax just upadated:

So maybe indeed true!

Well, that blog is one of the typical unreliable chills ... so maybe we need to wait, but at least interfax is now online too.
Repeating the comedy of Su35? Waiting for official announcement to see which country it is

The IIR-missile approach sensor will only be mounted on one. the J-15 series is mounted on the vertical tail.

If you look closely, you will see Rear view sensor on both sides of the tailbone.

There is no official news on this.

I think that picture is showing the early J15 model, not the latest J15T. The sensors on the tail of the J15T are RWRs, while the sensors on the tail boom are UV-based MAWs, similar to the J10CE and JF17 Block III.

Seems a bit strange, but then again, remember the saga of the Su35 sale to China in airforces monthly forum?! ;)😀

If anything, I think China should be exporting the most advanced Flankers in the world back to Russia 😂 telling them they have made their product way better!!

WAIT, wait ... no-one is saying China is this alleged first customer!

That's IMO totally off the table.

Sergey Kuzhugetovich Shoigu is visiting China and he is also going to the Zhuhai Airshow.

His going to the Zhuhai Airshow must have something to do with this Su-57 news. Whoever the customer is, he will surely be at the signing of the contract.

I just checked the news and he's in Beijing today consulting on security issues. Probably will go to Zhuhai later.

You said the same thing about the Su35 sale to China on airforces monthly forum all those many many years ago!! lol :)

Yes, but we all know that "sitting in a cockpit of an aircraft at an airshow" does not mean a "signed deal" ... it can also (IMO more likely) be just interesting!
On August 21, 2023, Boeing signed a memorandum of understanding with the government of 🇮🇩 to purchase 24 F-15EX fighter jets. Indonesia has always had a demand for heavy fighter jets, and Indonesia itself has used the Su30,Of course, all of this is speculation

Now there's news being released. It shows that both sides have reached an agreement.
But since Shoigu is in China and has made it clear that he will be at the Zhuhai Airshow. So, this important signing ceremony should definitely wait until he is there. So, we just need to keep an eye on his movements to know the latest correct news.
If there is no announcement until he returns to Russia, then it is fake news.

It's clear that you're coming out with this old chestnut again and are happy like a little kid who got a lollipop because "Deino was wrong once, so he's always wrong and never sees it; LOL" ... I would just be happy if you would smile at the other fan-boy homies as much as you do at me, who have been proudly announcing for years that "Pakistan gets everything, J-15, J-16, J-20, Eurofighter ... brrrother I tell you"! 🤡

But just use your brain for a moment, what could possibly be the reason for China to buy the Su-57? Technically and operationally NOTHING ... at best another political concession.

Well, a high-ranking military or political exchange at an Airshow is common business ... that's in no way a hint, China will get it! And I'm sure they have enough other topics to discuss.

Algeria is the most likely candidate. If not then it's likely china. Have we seen Indian delegation at zhuhai?

Relax buddy, it's just a bit of fun :) I don't take any of those 'bros' seriously either, like Mr Mastan Khan :) but again, your argument "what could possibly be the reason for China to buy the Su-57? Technically and operationally NOTHING" was the same that was applied to the Su35 :)

We have to take into account the likely hood of sanctions for doing business with Russia. I'm not even sure Algeria is willing to risk that.
