China is building itself up to become a military peer to the US, numbers wise it has achieved this, now focus is on quality, this seems to improve rapidly every few years. By default Pak may well end up having equipment on par with the best US/European kit a decade or so from now.

J-35 (Depending on what is under the bonnet) may be equal of F-35

One can confidently say that whatever China makes in a few years from now to replace HQ-9 will surpass S-400 or Patriot

I think we are seeing a lot of momentum in a lot of tech finally giving fruit:
Seekers, turbojets, flight-controllers, software stack. All of these things have been developed or their supply chains well established, which is allowing the churning out of product after product. Also keep in mind that some of these might be vaporware until someone orders them - as the poster says "innovative solutions customized to precise requirement of our customer".
