And I remember you thought Harris would be worse? While we would never know about Harris, if you think logically, you'd put more faith in political party which has a significant part of its cadre opposed to Israel; you would put more faith in a party where a significant number of its Congressmen, including the sitting VP boycotted the Netanyahu speech; you'd put more faith in a party whose candidates have been actively targeted by AIPAC during the Primaries; you'd put more faith in a party which is hated by the Israelis upon even cursory browsing of the Israeli media; you'd put more faith in a party where in 2024 'record number of American Jews' voted less for that party than in the last four decades; you'd put more faith in a party which has Rasheeda Tlaib, AOC, Ilham Omar, and Bernie Sanders; you'd put more faith in a party whose cadre in NY Times, CNN, MSNBC are critical of Israel than in a party whose cadre show absolutely no compassion for the Palestinian on NY Post and Fox News.
Egos are mighty here for people to admit they might be proven wrong. Applying European political POVs when I cited going back as far as Ross Perot of 1992 about the 3rd party futile factor!!
What was and is and will require is doing 'politics' instead of hyperventilating like kids. Use whatever little advantage you can get instead of voting for the 0.4% Jill Stein unless your loved ones were killed. But the intellectual laziness is astounding! And Israelis/Jews are gleeful over such political naivete: They had stayed focused: Buying both parties but knowing that while they can bribe and threaten the Democratic Party, they know that their best bet was the Republican Party.
Finally, let's pray that Trump, when he becomes the President, doesn't turn out as bad as projected to be! I think the ONLY reason he'd a little constrained is that a Middle Eastern war is unwinnable for America. THAT'S THE ONLY REASON HE MIGHT STOP A REGIONAL WAR!!
Who would be better than the other is a moot point, Trump will be the next servant for the Jewish New World Order.

No one here has been a bigger critic of Zion Don than I have been....

And yes, Harris would have been worse. Didn't go into her background as I did Trump because I knew right away she didn't have a chance on winning to begin with.

Also, the Middle East conflict is not meant to be won. There's money to be made in the forever wars.

I don't know about that. In general, the war machine in Washington needs 'forever wars' but I believe that doesn't exactly apply to the Middle East and that's because, among the dead ones, Jews are also getting killed and their vassals in America don't like that. I think the Abrahamic Accords were/are a way to ensure Israel's supremacy in the region in some kind of 'managed peace' as far as Israel's immediate borders are concerned; the rest of the region would be checkmated by the Zio American combine: Behave or else! And that's something Iran is trying to counter since 1979.

I see Newbie next to your user name, welcome.

No one should have any illusions where the Trump administration is going to take us. Looking at the cabinet picks, Trump is putting together a team who can sell Greater Israel to the American Goyim, like this guy in 1940.....

At the same time, there’s a resurgence of Islamophobic hysteria articles across Europe stating that Jews/women/gays are not safe and sexual crimes are on the rise because of “Muslim migrants”.

I think they’re trying to shift the public opinion Gaza especially considering who runs the media. That’s why I believe the reaction is going to be weak when West Bank gets annexed/full expulsion.

Indeed, incidents like the recent Amsterdam 'pogroms' against Jews serve multiple purposes and you are quite perceptive about the attention / blame deflection once the West Bank ethnic cleansing starts.

I will follow the news but if true then excellent news!

NY Times front page. And note, I have also highlighted the Democratic Party: It does have some who oppose Israel unlike the Republicans.

Of course, 'All Republicans' opposed this but heartening to see 19 Senators--all Democrats and two Independent (who caucus with the Democrats) supported this bill; 19 is a rather large number given the size of the Democratic presence in the Senate. Slowly but surely the Democratic Party is moving away from Israel. If the influence of AIPAC is lessened then it will be much faster move away. Until then, smart politics and alliances are required. The 2026 Midterms are only two years away.

The Senate on Wednesday resoundingly rejected a series of three resolutions to block weapons transfers to Israel, but the move to curtail American support for the war in Gaza drew substantial support from Democrats, reflecting growing consternation in the party over the conflict.

Seventeen Senate Democrats and two independents backed at least one of the measures, a display of deepening divisions over Israel’s conduct after 13 months of war and the deaths of tens of thousands of Palestinians. The vote showed that support for restricting Israel’s military operations has grown beyond just the most progressive lawmakers, with notably more senators joining them than in previous efforts.

The measures were offered by Senator Bernie Sanders, independent of Vermont, who has been a vocal critic of Israel’s tactics in the war. He has also been a frequent critic of the Biden administration for continuing to support Israel militarily despite ample evidence of human rights violations in Gaza. In the days since the election, he has also argued that the administration’s Israel policy is partially to blame for the Democrats’ election losses.

“You cannot condemn” human rights violations around the world, Mr. Sanders said on the Senate floor on Wednesday, “and then turn a blind eye to what the United States is now funding in Israel — people will laugh in your face.”

He argued that the United States was breaking its own laws by continuing to send Israel weapons when it had used them to target civilians and while it was impeding the flow of humanitarian aid into Gaza. The laws say that recipients of weapons made in the United States must use them in accordance with U.S. and international law and not impede the flow of humanitarian aid into war zones.

“If we do not demand that the countries we provide military assistance to obey international law, we will lose our credibility on the world stage,” Mr. Sanders said.

The measures, which failed after all Republicans and most Democrats opposed them, are most likely the last chance that senators critical of Israel’s military operations will have to try to restrict the flow of U.S. weapons before President-elect Donald J. Trump returns to the White House.

This is the goofy stuff Muslims fall for. Each one of these international institutions is designed to herd the sheep one step at a time. Have (((they))) been deterred by the ICJ ruling? Have they actively blocked humanitarian aid? Have they evicted citizens and openly claimed to take the evicted ones' land? Will the ICC (international clown court) ruling make one ounce of difference?

'Fall for' what? Is the Resistance going to stop with or without the ICJ/ICC rulings?
Such rulings are one more way to discredit Israel. Little by little, the needle is moving. And what's wrong in 120 countries, who are bound by this ICC ruling to stop Netanyahu from traveling to those countries?? Why are the Israelis in an uproar if this ruling means nothing.

This conflict is being fought on the streets of America, in American Congress, on the battlefields of Palestine and Lebanon, on online forums, in diplomatic circles, and indeed at ICC/ICJ.
