Chemical weapons is on the short list of what he’s probably referring to. Whether it’s true or not, who knows, but a lot of hot air has already been blown in this war.

Hezbollah's nuclear threat (which Sayed Nasrallah explicitly mentioned in the past) was to bomb the ammonia plant in Haifa. But in the last few years that was shut down and moved to the Negev desert in the south (where most of Israel's petrochemical facilities are). Ironically, that makes them an easier target for the Iraqi Resistance and for Iran, but a harder target for Hezbollah.

I think it is unlikely that Hezbollah has chemical warheads. Such programs usually require state infrastructure and would have been detected by intelligence agencies by now.
