Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf's (PTI) Rallies / Protests

This is being called "Islamabad Massacre".

Pakistan Army will always have another medal of honour after what they achieve in 1971 in East-Pakistan. In the West-Pakistan now, they've done that again.

"Salute"!

Remember the people at the top weren't the one shooting at people.
It was these average person in uniform

In this do you see nawaz firing or asim- whiskey firing these are same average uniformed criminals.

They have the option to not fire, worst is you will lose your job Almighty provides will open new doors but when you take things in your hands these jawans will need to be answered i will not be amazed we will see a new wave of attacks on army which they wont be able handle. This army has made sure that KPK, Balochistan start actually start go against the status quo.

Will these jawans will be the first to attack so why should we care if they dont.
May they die miserable deaths

Whilst I understand the sentiment, and I won't delete this post because it's a good litmus of the public mood by and large. Sometimes the mirror must be held up so that others can see clear their reflection and repulse in disgust.

When you look into the darkness, the darkness looks back at you.

I think even Indian Army didn't do that on camera at least. I guess the last time something like this happened was in 1931 during the Dogra rule when 22 or similar died to complete one Azaan.

Inna Lilla hai wa inna ellaihi rajioon

It was an accident as rangers officer had no intention to kill him. But this will not go well for the establishment and will haunt them in the future dharnas.

We are yet to see the proof that he died but he will have been badly injured if nothing more
He had no "intent to kill"? Are you fucking mental? He pushed him off and then kicked him while he was trying to hold on?
Are you mad?

Let's not make this an us and them debate. This is the result of the seeds sown following decades of apathy finally bearing fruit.

Remember the people at the top can always leave the country, the average person in uniform or otherwise cannot.

And it is those people who must pick up the eventual metaphorical pieces and deal with the aftermath.
The average person can always refuse and resign. Not kill in cold blood.

Those who are ignorant, will stay ignorant. No need to bang your head on a wall explaining common sense to biased minds

It's the second time you have used foul language against me , I will be generous and let it go ...third strike you will have no mercy ....MODS , I hope you will be fair ........... coming to the point , there is a difference between cheering and warning . For the last many days I have been warning you over excited expats of what's going to happen but were so immersed in your own pipe dreams that you disdainfully started calling me a patwari and army boot licker ....I am neither a patwari nor an army boot licker , I am a realist ....I live in Pakistan and I know the ground realities far better than you ..... your khassi rants will serve no purpose , they only show your degraded mentality .

This is why I said IK and PTI need to hold talks, give and take and bring peace back to Pakistan. Today 100+ protesters have been slaughtered and nation is asleep, this is the reality unfortunately. Imran Khan and PTI should know this. I supported Tahir ul Qadri march and vision until Model Town slaughter and they couldn't do jack about it. Why political leaders get their workers killed? They should know the facts on the ground, people lives are precious.

Its not about abuse and abuse just for the fun out it.
Pakistan military does have a past yes majority dont read in Social studies of Pakistan but its not the first time, they did much worse in East Pakistan, Balochistan, Karachi and in NWFP now its time for Punjab to see on live.

People always hide behind oh its not the police officer, army officers its the upper bras forcing them to do it. For the future of Pakistan only one way is left make example of military so they fear the wraith of people this has happened in many places Pakistan can fight and follow examples of south korea and Turkey or become next Egypt

There isn’t enough impetus and IK isn’t a smart man. He is a pied piper in my view.

For e.g Mujib made his movement effective by calling the struggle for independence - instead of just emancipation

Said you cannot enslave 75 million people

Ask everyone to fortify their house - indirect call to arms

State “we want peace , not war but if war is imposed on us we wont stop”

That is effective messaging - what PTI is doing will fizzle out
Military types and thei delusions.
Mujeeb was a fucking secessionist and separatist. IK isn't. He is a brave and patriotic man who BTW brought more honor to Pakistan than literally anyone of the current leadership.

He is not Mujeeb, He is Suhrawardy. Who you geniuses also sidelined, not realizing that he was who weas keeping people like Mujeeb at bay.
IK is the only one keeping Manzoor gashteen irrelevant. He is 72. When he dies, you guys will have a real problem on your hands, which would be funny, except we also will be fucked.

And since you will soon pull your patented "i am an American card", I suspect Trump will have denaturalized and deported you by then.

@Hakikat ve Hikmet can you clarify the role of Turkish civilians in stopping the coup in 2016. Did civilians there resort to violence?

Btw, do you think Erdogan would be willing to reach out to Shabaz Sharif to end this bloodbath, and accept that Sharif is not a legitimate leader?Similar to how the usurpation attempt in 2016 was anti-Turkish, the Sharif’s illegitimate government is anti-Pakistan and anti-democracy. Maybe Erdogan can talk some sense in to the Sharifs and the Pakistani military.

I talked to Turkish people when I visit Turkey, one guy even witnessed the fighting, he mentioned army started to shoot directly at people but other army people then took the side of civilians and 10,000s came on the streets, the army that was killed innocents realised this situation is out of their hands. Now imagine millions come on the streets in Pakistan, how many more will be killed but the reality is noone will do it.
