Not yet. These are tendere. Mini UAVs are part of usual process. Nothing special. It's for the army.

As for avionics items, these could be for Falco or BAF's indigenous UAV program.

No need for high cost assets that will be taken out in war like gunships and heavy tanks

By the time BAF has any money in 2-3 years and there is an elected government, J-35A would be available. BAF inducting a new platform like JF-17 Block 3 literally makes zero sense anymore.

Fifth Gen tech will only be available to those Countries that are aligned with
China or America. If it was just about money then UAE and Türkiye would both be flying
the F35 by now.

If BAF wants the J35A then first they have to get closer to China, buy the J10c first
and then China will think about selling the J35A to BAF.
