I do think that Israel will fall in the long term. However, I have no doubt it will be here in 2036. I don't think we will see it fall in our lifetime although it might get weakened significantly 50 years from now.

Assad has and HAD no power to betray anyone, and no one cared about fag boy Assad. It's the connection and supplying of Hezbollah which will be cut off.
We have no direct borders with Syria and this time Iran is not going to save Assad and Russian naval base and that's why Iran did not organize forces or even allied forces. This time HTS, SNA, SDF and Israel and Turkey, Russia will sort it out among themselves and whatever domino effect it has. Except Russia, they do have direct borders or either are directly involved and will be directly be affected by what comes next (dont think it's over.. this is the start of conflicts).
If it was Iraq which is a bufferzone for Iran it would be totally different story. Even Yemen might be more important, being next to "bab al mandab"

Ukraine however has no hope, the U.S is. It trying to come up with a plan to give away a big chunk of Ukraine and block all NATO access to obtain a cold peace

I feel like that's just hopeful thinking but with what's unfolding in Syria, Israel is actually getting stronger and getting what it wants. The Arab world are slaves to Israel. The US and the entire West are slaves to Israel. Turkey is helping Israel. And Iran, the only country to oppose Israel, is getting defeated in Syria.

That October 7 attack is resembling Falklands war of 1982 when Argentina attacked a few windswept rocky shoals in south Atlantic (ruled by U.K.) for no good reason. They lost the war and became an international pariah. They have been mired in poverty ever since.
