Ironically this may lead to Iran and the Gulf becoming actual allies. We will see. Irans imperial power has been broken but Turkey is wanting to become an imperial power itself.
Yes, the dynamic of geopolitics is always shifting, and never assume the pattern will always remain the same.
Iran will not be toppled, but its ambition of the Neo-Persian empire will be extinguished for the next 30 years.
The remaining top players in the Middle East will be Turkiye (Neo-Ottoman empire) versus Israel (Greater Isreal).
Trump is in fact not that interested to stay in the Middle East, but he has his obligation assigned by AIPAC to assist Israel.
Trump's personal desire is to focus on East Asia where China always remains as the top concern for the hegemony of the West.
