Syrian Civil War and The future of Syria after liberation

revolutions are chaotic and unpredictable

there are too many armed competing factions in Syria still, I fear there will be dark days ahead

is HTS ready to supply order and electricity to all the new cities they control?

My country recently went through a revolution and an army-backed interim government was set up with full support from international community (bar India).

But I am afraid you may be right that there are dark days ahead. Though it would be foolish to let the nation hang like this. Order needs to restored immediately. I don't think a chaotic Syria would be anybody's interests.

They need to set up an interim government immediately with full support of the U.N and global powers. A stable Syria is a must.

"Stable" and "Syria" put together is a misnomer.

Syria is now done for and it will be split between the entity, Turkish backed factions, Kurds and the Russians/Alawites may have the western coast.

Bro

Rejoice like the Turkish brothers. Syria is being “liberated” - Muslims are again dying -
The Israeli are upping their attack on Palestine because no one is watching AND are taking Syrian land pretending to increase the buffer zone. Rejoice and belly dance bro

When I see Iranians crying, it makes me feel better. They call everyone but themselves Zionists. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Just follow the posts of users with German IPs. Some pretend to be Turks, Arabs etc. But they tell the seditions in disguise.

The line of their thought indicates that Arabs are dictators too and they must be overthrown also.

Everything is being prepared for it.

None of Islamic countries would be safe in middle east from now on. Just watch the domino falls one after the other.

Now there is a chance to build a more adequate Syria, not all the opposition are fanatical ISIS, since some say that all moderate opposition has long been destroyed and supposedly only radicals remain, in fact everything is different and more complicated, but we will watch and pray that in Syria will have more good moments and fewer bad ones

After the fall of President Bashar al-Assad's regime, the question became: What next?

- First: the beginning of all expectations indicates that there is an international and regional agreement that the terrorist Abu Muhammad al-Julani (ISIS) will assume the task of assuming the actual management of the situation in Syria, and that preparations are being made to receive him in Damascus, especially after Washington took an unannounced decision to drop all accusations against him, and grant anyone who can provide evidence. With information leading to his arrest, $10 million, as he is one of the most dangerous terrorists in the world
- Second: It is possible that a road map will be announced that includes a transitional period during which terrorist organizations will consolidate their bases.
- Third: The continued state of chaos and the storming of security and political headquarters, the Iranian embassy, the headquarters of Palestinian organizations, the Republican Palace, the ministries, the Chief of Staff, and so on.
- Third: The continued state of chaos and the storming of security and political headquarters, the Iranian embassy, the headquarters of Palestinian organizations, the Republican Palace, the ministries, the Chief of Staff, and so on.
- Fourth: Trials of regime figures, freezing relations with Tehran, and reviewing relations with Russia
- Fifth: Allowing the return of many refugees and the return of opposition figures abroad
- Sixth: Integrating terrorist elements into the framework of the Syrian Arab Army and assuming leadership, leading to changing the doctrine of this army.
- Seventh: There is an expectation that disputes will erupt between the political opposition and terrorist elements, which will insist on monopolizing key positions of the Syrian state.
- Eighth: Participating in the siege of Hezbollah and cutting off Tehran’s path to Lebanon, which was supplying the party with weapons and Iranian support.
- Ninth: Opening camps to train terrorists, who belong to a number of Arab countries, specifically neighboring countries.
- Tenth: Igniting sectarian and sectarian strife, which may lead to the outbreak of civil wars, which may lead to the division of the country.

The coming expectations and future scenarios are much more dangerous than some people imagine. Remember that terrorism is the one that will rule and control..

I really hope you are right but the Zio-US do not want a stable and prosperous Syria as that is not in their interest.

US with Syria Kurds are making billions evey year by stealing Syria oil and so why give that up?

I have news for you. Since 2011 10-15 times more Muslims were dying in Syria than Muslims in Palestine in that same time period.

Both the Israeli regime and the Al-Assad regime are two sides of the same coin. Every sane person can see that. Both excel at mass-murdering civilians.

Let Syrians reclaim their country from a 50 + year old dictatorship propped up by non-Syrians (Russia and Iran) and let them shape their own future. No outside power can stop the will of the Syrians, like seen throughout the past 13 years.

As for the Israel angle, Al-Assad was the best ally of Israel. His useless regime lost the Golan Heights to Israel and for 45 + years never fired a bullet at Israel or tried to reclaim that Syrian territory.

Israel would prefer a divided Syria.

Who cares about what they want? If the will of the people is strong enough, no outside powers can stop Syrians. Evidence being the toppling of the illegal, dictatorial and brutal Al-Assad regime that was propped up by Russia, Iran and some Arab regimes for the past 50 years. After 13 years of brutal civil war, massacres, chemical attacks, indiscriminate barrel bombings on a daily basis, completely destroyed cities, the majority opinion and will of the Syrian people prevailed.

The same thing will eventually occur in other Arab countries and in Iran too. Regimes can delay the inevitable. Most people want to live in freedom, in dignity, be respected, have basic services and have some form of representation and agency in their country and lifes. Only regimes that offer that will survive in the future.
