Syrian Civil War and The future of Syria after liberation

How to reach Turkish products to Palestine ? from Moon ?
This is Turkish exports to Palestine for $127 million , while Turkiye exports to Israel was US$5.43 billion during 2023

Turkiye stopped all exports and imports to and from Israel

I think the point is Turkey could stop the oil at any point and they didn’t - this suggests they were complicit

If you know nothing about international agreements then its not our problem

Its not Turkish oil and its not Turkish pipeline
Turkiye cannot close a multi-national pipeline ( Azerbaijan-Georgia-Turkiye ) at its own discretion, as determined by international agreements

The partners of the BAKU-TBILISI-CEYHAN pipeline are BP, SOCAR, MOL, Equinor, Turkish Petroleum Corporation, Eni, TotalEnergies, ITOCHU, INPEX, ExxonMobil and ONGCVidesh.

Assad in Moscow with family – Russian media

The Syrian president has been granted asylum in Russia, Kremlin sources say

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad has been granted asylum in Russia and is currently in Moscow with his family, Russian news agencies RIA Novosti and TASS reported on Sunday, citing Kremlin sources. The development comes as Syrian militants seized control of Damascus, effectively ending Assad’s 24-year rule.

So Damascus falls in the hands of Al-Qaeeda?

What a terrible day for Muslims. I wanted Bashar to be ousted but not fall into the hands of terrorists. I hope these are good Al-Qaeeda as the Americans told us the difference between good Taliban and bad Taliban and clarified that Taliban are not terrorists when they went to the table to negotiate with them.

I hope best for the people of Syria but unfortunately their future seems to be dark

Israel encroaching into Syrian territory need to be checked asap.

As the saying goes, "You break it, you own it."

Syria belongs to Turkey now and it is up to Erdogan to stabilize it and prevent Israeli incursions.

Sadly I don't have much hopes in the likes of Al-Sissi, Iraq, Jordan (unfortunately) playing much of a constructive role. I predict that they will try to stay out and see what occurs.
Egypt will play a role in the reconstruction of Syria.

I think the life of the syrian people were not improving since 1990s. Assad was a strong force, I have met his supporters. But he was not able to deliver. Change was needed but don't know if Al-Qaeeda is a bad option or worse

Brainwashed. Inferiority complex. Anything to do with Allah is Al Qaeeda for you?... Lol.

HTS has not shown any takfiri tendencies so far. So let's give them the benefit of the doubt and stop the inferiority complex.

Assad lost the support of his army , no one could save him ... leaving country and lets people taste what they asked for ( Al-Qaede , ISIS , Kurds , SDF ) ....

soon , they will miss him , even his brutal criminal regime ...

You have called yourself Umar after one of the greatest Muslims in history and Muslim leaders (leaders as a whole) and you are calling the majority of Syrians for Al-Qaeda and comparing them with Taliban (ordinary Syrians) and lamenting that one of the oldest and most historic cities on the planet (Damascus - oldest capital city in the world if I recall - and the former capital of the glorious Umayyad Caliphate (largest and most influential Muslim empire in history) is about to become free and its future decided by local Syrians?

He was a known terrorist for years. My only worry is that they don't start cutting the nose of women and stop female kids from attending primary education. That's all it matters to me... Taliban are making sure to keep the generation of Afghanistan illiterate which consequently means that they will stay behind the rest of the world. The same shouldn't happen to Syria

They will , they just want to have solid step point ....

Egypt will play a role in the reconstruction of Syria.
How? Have you seen the economy of Egypt? Iraq has yet to rebuild much of Iraq itself. Jordan has no economic power to be a player in Syria. Only as a middle man. The only Arabs that can afford to bankroll all of Syria for an almost unlimited time are the GCC. Given the competition between KSA, UAE and Qatar, that might ironically actually help Syria becoming rebuilt as they will compete with each other (in a positive way). Rest of the role, I believe, will be taken up by next door Turkey. Not sure about the role of US/EU/West. Probably propping up the Kurds.
