Guys we are not enemies.

This was a really stupid move by iran. Anyways now can we go back to being frenemies. 👉👈

Yeah I dont think things will just go back to how they were. It will take time and a change of attitude.

Let’s hope the events these couple days forges a closer cooperation between Iran and Pakistan. They both need to work together to get rid of terrorists in their own territory. Striking inside each other’s territory is not a good luck. Israel and others were celebrating a possible escalation. We need not have our enemies laugh at us while we violate each other’s boundaries.

If things die out then everyone will forget. Everything making a big deal out of desolate villages.

Several months ago everyone thought Iran and Taliban were going to go to war and that was border skirmishes DIRECTLY against each other. What about happened sense? Business as usual and it all blew over. Even after both sides killed each others security forces.

In this case, it is both sides attacking terrorist mud huts and claiming they are HQs. As if these rag tag groups even have headquarters. Come on. Most of them don’t even have sneakers.

In this case Pakistan made a big deal of nothing probably due to elections coming up. These are lawless villages on both sides where tribal authority takes over.

Like I said, middle of nowhere. Mountainous regions. Very easy to get across the border if you know the area.

Unnecessary drama. People act like Iran bombed the middle of Islamabad and Pakistan attacked Tehran.

We are talking about mud and clay villages, with homes the size of most people garages.

But Pakistan did not attack Iran first.
Seems like Israel ordered Iran to divert world attention.

Like I said a million times, Iran didnt attack Pakistan but terrorists on your side of the border who have killed over 50 border guards. But the provocation did come from your end if that's what you're unsure about.

How many border guards did Taleban kill without proper response? We were facing the same issue with Balochis coming from Pakistan side doing the same thing. If Iran didnt act at all, the Iranians would call the military weak and police would be too scared of working in Balochistan, and now that it has acted some members are saying it was stupid and dumb of Hajizadeh. Can't win with the Iranians.

Lets look at another angle - what if this was “coordinated” in terms of an acceptable tit for tat to close the issue?
This may be a hyperbole but Pakistan and Iran both have hawks, hot heads and also perception control needed on both sides of the border.
I am still on the side that the attack on the camp in Pakistan was not intended in the manner it occurred and it caused some furor in the Tehran power circles - backchannels came alive - perhaps this was a decision to have balance.

Not everything in diplomacy and international relations is at face value
Delete if this is OT. IMO
1. It was quid pro quo act from both sides.
2. Iran sent a message to terrorists.
3. Pakistani establishment image got boosted..

i was watching Wajahat's video few minutes ago and experts there mentioned that IRGC has mind of its own...most likely in this case attack on Pakistan was done without their political leadership's approval. Which is even more scary if you think about it.

Usually people travel in day light. Heavily infested area from Baluch nationalist. Iran force move in secured convoy in that region. Its been like this since 1971.
I was deployed there those secured convoy are pick up trucks and landcruise

Nonesense.

You cannot do any military operation outside of Iran’s borders without the Supreme Leader’s approval and head of IRGC Missile Command. IRGC operation was launched with full approval of Iran’s leadership. Iran is very conservative and most of the time doesn’t launch attacks directly relying instead on foreign legions. Usually only when terrorist do large attacks against civilians does Iran respond overtly.

Large scale terrorist attacks outside of Baluchistan region is rare in Iran.

Stop listening to misinformed propaganda sources.
