Assad was no saint but removing him has left a great void. This void will be filled and a few 100km land grab here and their wont matter to anyone. Turkey take some - build a pipeline or 2 - Israel clearly in the deal - take some juicy land. All hail the brain cells of the Middle East brothers

The worst thing is that now Turkey itself will be partitioned along Turk n Kurd lines. There is no question that Kurdistan is coming now. I suspect first priority on Trumps agenda for the middle East region.
