Syrian Civil War and The future of Syria after liberation

I am just getting incredibly disillusioned with the current condition of the Muslim world and our inability to solve our own issues and put our own house in order.

Look at this map below:

Literally 85-90% of the yellow (SDF-controlled) area of Syria is not inhabited by Kurds, yet outsiders call it "Kurdish"? If this is not a US/Western/Israeli plan of creating a fake entity and balkanize Syria, I don't know what it is.

Even in the small Kurdish-majority areas of Northern Syria, there is a large Arab, Assyrian and Turkmen minority.

They can say whatever the fk they want bro, Its mostly Arab land, and they can't control it long term.

with regards to your first image.

Here is the same map from yesterday.

Notice the Yellow thats been deleted west of the River. from this older map to the one you posted. turkey deleted that today. next step is deleting the yellow in "Kobani"(Ain Al Arab)

Hmm you help destroy the only actual resistance fighting Israel on orders of Israel how are you going to fight Israel?
Bro we got it wrong. Hezbollah invaded Israel on October 7th nd not HOLY HAMAS. We got it wrong , it wasnt HOLY HAMAS who launched the attack on oct 7th without any consultations with the axis

You mean this one?

China doesn't seem to want to militarily intervene in Myanmar...

They know the Civil War there is not their fight... their precious soldier's lives is better off spent in Taiwan, SCS or Korea?
If China wants to see itself as a successful country and a heavy weight in international politics, it should be able to fix things in Myanmar without military intervention. As I mentioned earlier, Myanmar doesn't have the look and feel of apocalyptic hellhole that is Middle East. They should be able to resolve it with carrots rather than sticks.

lol.....oh bhai, you'd be thrown in da dustbin if you opened your fun-hole in front of these Zionists...... :p

They own you! What part of that is difficult to understand? All your money in BOA and now hendu runnin your economies.

Stop joking........you crack us all up here. :p
I have news for you. Replace Israel with USA and add world/Muslims as a whole and you have a point. We all live in a US/Western reality. So I don't need to wake up.

As far as Jews go (of which 2/3 of all Israeli Jews are Arab Jews), they have been under the rule of Arab Caliphates, empires, kingdoms (Islamic and pre-Islamic) for literally 95% of their recorded history. To such an extent that their Jewish Kings and dynasties (1 example of many - Herod the Great) was an ethnic Arab (Nabatean) Jew.

Now after being created by the same West in 1948 (after 2000 + years without a state), they are now harassing defenseless Palestinians with full support of USA/WEST/NATO. I am not impressed, nobody should be or is.

BTW you guys in Pakistan are much more (unfortunately) exposed to the whims of the US to the extent of the current military regime and a few phone calls and IK getting behind bars. Look at what they have turned 250 million big and nuclear-armed Pakistan into? Reduced your leaders to begging for loans and money from the GCC, West, IMF every month. It is a shame. Arab leaders have their faults and many are useless but yet not reached such lows yet. Just look at the bravery of Syrians after 13 years and fighting several global and super powers. Should serve as an inspiration. Don't take my words too personally, I am just being brutally honest here. You could do with a MbS type of figure. Such a figure would have started cleaning up the mess step by step and even used a bone-saw or two if needed, lol. Your current lot in power are the same guys as during the King Fahd era. Nothing has changed. Even the Sharifs are back, our old "friends" (or should we call them professional beggars).

Imagine what KSA/Arab investments in Pakistan could have done for Pakistan if not for all the corruption? You could have kickstarted a real industrialization project and transformed into a regional power in your own right.

You suffer from many of the same problems that the Arab and Muslim world do too, sadly. However at least you have the potential to change the situation so my advice is never to give up.

Tunnels that have a beginning and have no end under Maher al-Assad's palace.

They're like tunnels inside the Pyramids! Anyway, nothing can save the Firauns and Nemruds - be it in the past or at the present....
Hello BD brethren. You aren't even Turkish ?

Some of the images I'm seeing are beyond horrible. I don't understand how one Muslim could do this to another; it's beyond me. Aren't you worried about the afterlife? How are you going to answer for this horrible crime?

Now, this has me questioning Pakistani sites and the torture committed there; I wouldn't put Pakistani authorities far behind doing similar acts. @Waz @Oscar @RescueRanger @LeGenD
Because Islam is the EXCUSE -
Someone in my family met a Syrian(old man at the time) taxi driver ages ago who asked him about Shia-Sunni conflict in Pakistan - and he commented that he doesn’t understand why a centuries old tribal enmity from his land over who supported whom on that horrible calamity in Karabala has anything to do with Pakistanis when they have no blood relation or any aspect into it?

This is all political - power games that use true suffering of Palestinians, Kurds, Syrians, Iraqis, Libyans and Arabs and other players all over- give it a religious narrative that suits them and has nothing to do with reality — and then allows them to permit anything.

ISIS had ranks of former criminals and all who would take married women forcibly as wives, rape them and turn them into Slaves - Al-Assad has people who opposed him from the 1980’s who actually think Saddam Hussain came to free them - Evangelicals who have been fed a doctored narrative (post 1950s) that the same people who persecuted followers of Christ and made the romans execute (in their interpretation) him must return to lands of Judea so Christ can return and redeem them …
The power of belief is such that any lie can be sold onto it…

Right now extremist Hindus are going after places in India which for the longest time were revered by all religions…

So ironically - the world is going back to the dark ages or rather Surah Asr is coming true.

Chaos - the one killing does not know why they are killing and the one getting killed does not know why they were killed..

Everyone thinking they are on the path to salvation

Myanmar is strategically vital to China perhaps even more than Taiwan. Taiwan is symbolic but Myanmar has far reaching consequences for China's security and trade perhaps more than any Far Eastern country.

Looking at that map (which is better, thank you), it gets more and more crazy. The entire Deir-Ez-Zor region has literally 0 native Kurds.

What is next, YPG/PKK claiming next door Al-Anbar?

But wait a second, are some local but confused Arab clans and tribes (or at least Arab elements) not a part of the SDF currently? I know that they previously had to join hands against ISIS and Al-Assad but now it makes zero sense for them to be a part of the SDF. Hence the large civilian protests in the region.

The world is getting more and more crazy by each day.

We will not dispense with the old regime, says al-Jolani

BBC

al-Jolani meeting with the prime minister and two other men - all four are sitting in chairs and talking

The leader of the main Islamist rebel group in Syria has met the former prime minister to co-ordinate the transfer of power.

Footage released by the rebel's military operations command shows Abu Mohammed al-Jolani saying the transition would benefit from the experience of the old government.

“The young men have gained a lot of experience," al-Jolani says. "They started working from nothing.

"Idlib is small and has no resources, but thank God, we were able to achieve something big during the past period. You will see experience, it's not zero. In certain areas, they had varying high levels of success.

"However, we will not dispense the old status, it is essential that we take advantage of its existence.”
Syria should import external experts to help rebuild the country.

Your essay reads like what they tell when you visit the Tower of London. I was shocked at the number of famous people executed over the politics of church in England.

I agree with you on several points here that truly 2/3rds of the Al-Yahudi today are coludzz......no shit!.......And FYI, they's ain't got no where to go, if Israel's gone. The racist EU wouldn't take em. And an increasingly racist US wouldn't either.

And I also agree with you that our leadership in Pakistan has been corrupt, is corrupt and will remain corrupt. We squandered all the money the GCC has given us over the last half a century.

Now, what are the Arabs wiling to do to save Syria from being ripped apart by all the vultures quickly gathering on the corpse? You can say all you want on how bad Assad was.......now that he's gone, what will the Arabs do to prevent a balkanization of Syria?

Don't blame Iran or Hezb for this........At least they tried to save what they could.

Now its all up for grabs no?

I agree with you. As far as "Arabs" goes as a collective, I have written many times that as long as we are divided into 20 + nation states spanning a geography the size of Russia from the Atlantic Ocean to the Arabian/Indian Ocean and with 20 + regimes (mostly bad ones, lol) with 20 + different policies, opinions, agendas, internal rivalry, I don't have much hope of any big status quo changes. Unfortunately. As this is much needed. Even a free and independent Palestine on its own would amount to little in terms of changing status quo. Only unity can cause seismic changes. Now enlarge that thinking to the larger Muslim world as well.
