The missile is being developed with 4km range and 1000mm penetration it will be good for use if made cheaper.

I personally think that both countries should develop missiles on their own and export to eachother.
Working cost in Brazil is probably much cheaper than UAE so I’d say cheaper in Brazil.
Fire and forget missiles are expensive, there’s no way the raybolt missile isn’t at least a couple hundred thousand.
