I'm not aware of any Chinese that wants to intervene in the Middle East.

Almost all the Chinese I know are pretty ignorant about the Middle East. There is growing awareness of how much control the Jews have over the world though. Most are sympathetic to the Palestinians. None want China to be involved.

Why so many people think Iran liked Assad? Iran didn't like Assad, only thing they did is stop the fall of Syria at the hands against the CIA/Mossad led rebels. Afterwards they decided to hold elections in Syria in Astana process, which Assad failed to organize.
