Turkey Syria - News & Updates

This coud happen as Russia + loyal Alwaite forces are more than strong enough to protect the west coast from HTS.

Remember the best equipped SAA units were always Alawite.

Any such state will be a zionist conspiracy against Syria. And inshallah will fail due to the Significant Sunni Populations in Latakia and Tartous, and loyal Syrians who won't betray the state when the serpent comes to whisper in their ear.

Alawites,Shia Orthodox Christians in the coast are basically fighting for survival. But the HTS already went to Qardaha

I do not trust "ex Al-Qaeda" terrorists to treat the Alawites, Shias and Orthodox Christians with respect and dignity.

I put the quotation marks in my last sentence on purpose.

But not Syrian Nationalist(which is my point, he doesn't give a shit about Syria, its about himself and the interests of his family and then his sect, over Syrian overall interests). lol
If you want Syrian Nationalist, then look to the SSNP.

I don't think Bashar didn't care about Syria. But the whole family was connected everywhere. Everywhere. Government, buiseness, corruption, power. And I'm not talking only about the siblings,I'm talking about the cousins and extended family etc. At least that's what I've read online.

And the "hardliners" lol bro, there ain't no sunnis in that regime of significance to say no,

Who talked about Sunnis? I said hardliners. They don't have to be Sunnis.

Daddy ensured that when he did the coup, he purged all the Sunnis in the Baathist party that could be a potential challenge both to him and Alawite power.
That's not entirely correct, there were enough Sunnis loyal to the government under Hafez,if I remember correctly one of the reasons many Alawite officers went to Rifaat's side when he tried to launch his own coup, was because they didn't like that and wanted to keep their priviliges. Of course, the Alawites did keep their priviliges in the end,but yes there were quite a few Sunni officers and others who were loyal to the regime.

Still,I do believe Bashar had to balance all the demands and games between the family members and the country's elite and that's why he couldn't freely do what he wanted.

I was just watching the news and a man from Latakia was interviewed in the street, saying they are receiving death threats from them, saying they'll be coming to wipe out the Shia.

These are religious fundamentalists who think it is either conversion or death.

One day karma will come to Turkey/Erdogan and it will face the wrath of these fundamentalists that it unleashed on Syria.

WTF? these people were alive and living for a thousand years of the Khilafah, why aren't they all dead yet?

Comical assessment.

They will live as they were in their own eco system, no one will disturb them. Everything is heading towards ecosystem type of autonomous governance, the Christian cities and subsections of cities and towns will have their own normalities and affairs managed by local people. While the other areas of the majority will have different dynamics based on the cultural normalities of those places and the outlooks of those people that live there.

Also please answer the Sheikh Haseena question I asked, did you oppose her ouster by the supposed CIA Islamists? lol

Have you looked at the demographics of the SSNP supporters? lol, the foundation is hollow.
Eh,I know but that's their ideology. It's one of those "I'll let you run in the elections, because you're not a threat" kind of parties.

Erdogan was saying something about wanting the cities in the north to be part of Turkey? Let me check

When you are religious minority, but ethnically the same, you build your non separatist politics around the element that matches(in this case around ethno nationalism). When you are not in power and separated in a specific region, then you build your politics around separatism, despite a supposed "Nationalism" overall displayed before.

You need to understand what makes people tick and how it makes them tick, and the axioms surrounding them, to predict political behavior overall.
