For many years, different factions were created in Syria for purpose of
Economic melt down. They were all supplied weapons from same party

The same model was used to destroy Ottoman Empire (i.e internal mercenary groups )

1. Kurds took over the oil field which generated $$$ for Syria economy, really a faction which is anti Turkey , this group wants to split up Turkey
2. Rebels (Syria) destroyed own cities in war with own army
3. ISIS was a name used by west to routinely kill any faction who did not follow their storyline
4. Iran has been connected to local Syrian army old ties, for them they saw value in holding up territorial integrity of old Syria

All these groups were supplied weapons from same party directly or indirectly thru a proxy

In the end Turkey aligned itself with one faction to protect it's own border,

Was Assad a tyrant ? His people feel so , however the wars which Syria suffered which ravaged their nation was crafted by carefully fueling money and weapons from outside players

Its an understatement calling assad a tyrant

There was no government in the first place. Assad was never elected, and he was the successor of his father who came on top with a coup.

They were a Alewite non-muslim dynasty with a fanbase of 10% ruling over a country of 90% muslims for 60 years long.

And in the last few years you cant speak about a ‘government’ or ‘ruling’. He didn't control 2/3 of the country and the 1/3 he actually control with the help of Russia and Iran.

he's a total and complete charlatan. But Muslims who fool for these sorts of frauds have big histories of being enslaved and conquered by others. Its kind of crazy why so many of these people talk such a big game when their people have next to no history when it concerns fighting for the ummah.

However, there is no such indication even there. Some sources claim that his mother is a Turkish woman from Denizli and his father is a Kurd from Mus/Varto.
