Chinese 6th Generation Aircraft News & Discussions

Lol at some dense head, China did not just fly one but two sixth generation prototypes with one of them being the
SAC's sixth gen loyal wing man version and soon the manned version will follow,is that not enough to tell what is really going on? for those who said it is not a true sixth gen blah blah, dude, they have just flew, tell me a single aircraft prototype that can achieve it's objective dream status on day one.

So just better admitted it is just pure prejudice going on in your head instead of giving out stupid excuses, I believed you won't have those questions if they are western projects even some of them still looks like a modified fifth gen, hehe

What do you think about the SAC plane be called SHENGAD, until an official designation is released?

The thing is, you have to wait at least a few days for Chinese military fans to buzz before you get it ............ We Chinese military fans are still in a daze, and the Pakistani flag has been put up ...........
It’s most likely some troll doing it on purpose to troll Indians.

SAC should have got more applaud and attention, I mean looked at them, five big projects are going at the same time.

-Sixth gen, both manned/wingman
-J35 airforce/navy carrier
-Divine eagle HALE drone
-GJ-11 stealth flying wing drone
-J16, J16D EW

I think the j-36 will be in service sooner than we all think. The FC-31/J-35 took longer because initially it was a private initiative by Shenyang, so it didnt really have much interests by the PLA until the PLAN reworked it for carrier ops. 2032 seems like a good estimation time tbh

J-20 had first flight in 2011 and entered production in 2017. We could see a similar period of 6 years between first flight and production.

unlikely because the difficulties of the program is on a different level, I don't see any possibility before 2032, even the airforce itself has so much things to upgrade before they can started learning the new aircraft.

I could see CAC's design used by the air force and SAC's design used by the navy.

Chinese 6th Generation Aircraft
Lol, I just found out you are the one who started this thread in late 2023 and the second page directly goes to Sep 2024 and merely three months later, both prototypes made their maiden flight.

Where did you guys sense and smell that they are coming, usually a massive project like this would drag on for a few hundred pages of useless discussion before anything can actually happened.
What a god speed.

It's 99% confirmed SAC model would have both airforce and navy version, which means this time the project comes from the top as both navy and airforce are working together to have all of them from DAY 1, and I am pretty sure more things (not necessarily aircraft) would be added to the sixth gen program.

no this project is much much more complex and difficult than J-20 project

Some respected Chinese members like @Michael CAC design aka J-36 is not a Air Superiority jet but more like a striker and regional bomber with STEALTH capability whereas some Chinese members are saying about SAC design is intended for UNMANNED operation (a drone/ LOYAL WINGMAN) type of concept
