it is obvious that gross profits went down during Rometty era and have been increasing under Krishna's leadership. Obviously, he has been more successful than Rometty by any measure.

Indians began dominating IBM consulting long ago when Rometty was at the helm. IBM revenues have been in decline or mostly flat since 2012 despite the global economy and NASDAQ growing by leaps and bounds.



As I mentioned previously, other segments of IBM are picking up the slack for consulting and upholding the reputation built by IBM USA. IBM is still a respectable company. The TJ Watson Research Center was once famous for its Nobel Prize winners and still commands respect.

IBM consulting India is mostly leeching off this reputation.

At a press conference on Friday afternoon, Coren of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police shared excerpts from notes investigators found on Livelsberger’s phone following the explosion.

They provided an insight into his state of mind before he detonated the vehicle, according to officials.

They aren't from the same unit, they just stationed in the same base (Which I myself stationed when I was attached to the Airborne) in Fort Bragg, SC, that base host 100,000+ soldier with several different command, it's really not something special.

Usually I would deter people to look up or look for anything about MKUltra. This is the kind of stuff while I probably have some degree of access to (Never tried, and probably never will) but if I had done it without a proper reason that's a very good way to lose your clearance, that's how sensitive these stuffs is even today 50 years later (MKUltra is not a single experiment but a group of experiment that test the effectiveness on drugs on a military setting.)

Military had been accused with all sorts of Bio-Warfare experiment, both big and small, from the Army using excessive amount of Trucker's Choice and Caffeine to extend the deployment cycle for a soldier (So you stay awake longer) to the allegedly use of BZ (A kind of Hallucinogenic Agent) to enhance soldier's aggressiveness in Vietnam war. This is nothing new. MKUltra however is probably the most prominent project there are along with all the bio-warfare program we have since it was in the 50s, and nobody really care about how unethical it was to test these stuff on human.

As for whether or not we are still using or developing anything from MKUltra? Well, I can say this, there are still project that USAMRIID carryout is based on the back of Mengele Nazi's experiment back in WW2.
