However, if anyone just saw Trump's signing on Executive Orders from the White House, when a question was asked about Gaza, he, after the usual blame game, started describing Gaza's great location and climate etc. I have little doubt he was alluding to the infamous real estate project where Jared Kushner could a part of. Don't forget, he also said that Israel is too small and needs to be bigger. And who could miss Miriam Adelson in the elite groups of American leaders during Trump's speech. If the Israelis can drop the equivalent of 10 Hiroshimas on Gaza then why can't Palestine drop one?As for sanctions, like Iran Pakistan should learn to throw away the begging bowl and become independent, it will be a little painful at the beginning but will will be benficial in the long term.

I've observed Trump is good at giving lip service to Israelis while being relatively "fair" to Palestinians in reality whereas the democrats have been silent about Palestinian suffering but given Israelis every success on the field. Democrats gave cover for ceasefire in UNSC, protection from ICC, ICJ, gave weapons, etc. compared to Trump who used Palestinians as a slur but got the ceasefire done.
Even "on-the-ground victories" Trump gave to Israelis were nothing more than acknowledging the realities on the ground i.e. moving US embassy to Jerusalem or acknowledging Israeli sovereignty over Golan Heights.
