The American Indians who were jumping on the bandwagon were getting endorsed by Trump simply because they were supporting him. The moment they try to go against him and take a stand for whatever they believe in…they will be kicked to the curb…this is also true for any other group…

This is false. Musk full-throatily supported H1-B, going as far as to call MAGAs as "subtards" and "will go on war on this.".

Vivek's point was about "American culture since 90s or so not producing best engineers because everyone in America celebrates jocks over nerds" for which he got massive backlash and now looks like a boot.

Musk since then has figured it out that getting supply of H-1Bs is easier done behind closed doors instead of on twitter. There are rumours of a conflict between Musk's DOGE staff and traditional Republican immigration hawks.

Vivek is anything but a simpleton.

People are forgetting that even now he is worth some 800-900 million dollars if not more. He is still very well known in all US political circles. He has earned a notoriety for himself. He has run for presidential primaries in his 30s.

Barring some kind of extreme misfortune, he is still set for a big political career ahead of him. What kind it will take is impossible to tell.

I do not know what he will do but I can not rule out joining Democrats. They desperately need a young face.

The big thing for him to learn is perhaps this...

He has a "loyalish" base.

He is still very young and has too many sharp feature... He will get a bit fatter with softer features and slow down his talking pace.... Thats when he will become likeable.

If I were him, I will invest in a good hair expert... No president has ever been bald and his hairline is starting to recede.

Ramaswampy discarded for supporting Indians and their H1b pleas. This is probably due to Bannon whispering in Trump's ear and requiring a sacrifice for the attack on American culture.

Ramaswamy's problem was his complete political inexperience. Criticizing American culture gets you no supporters, even when it is justified. Most Americans somewhat logically think American culture is the best in the world, unquestionably. Which other culture has taken an empty plot of land and made it the best in the world in less than 2 centuries? Rest of the (old) world is thousands of years old and few Americans want to emulate them whereas the reverse is almost universal.
