Syrian Civil War and The future of Syria after liberation

Oh yeah you totally stopped the Israelis and the Maronite/Kataeb Militia posing as the "Lebanese Army" from taking over the underground bases of Hezbollah.

Aaaah great Turkic people come to help their Syrian brothers, eeeeh?

Syrian Churches have been demolished by Turkistan Islamic Party in Syria fighters.[196] In Jisr al-Shughur, according to Jihadology.net, a Church's cross had a TIP flag placed on top of it after the end of the battle.[197] The Uzbek group Katibat al-Tawhid wal Jihad (Tavhid va Jihod katibasi) released a video featuring themselves and the TIP attacking and desecrating Christian Churches in Jisr al-Shughur.[198][199][200] Jabhat al Nusra and Turkistan Islamic Party fighters cleansed the rural area around Jisr al-Shughour of its Syrian Christian inhabitants and slit the throat of a Syrian Christian along with his wife accusing them of being Syrian government agents, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.[201] Al-Arabiya said that the area was Alawite.[202][203] In the area to Aleppo's southwest, the entry via Turkey of Uyghurs into Syria was reported by a Syrian Christian who said they have seized control of Al Bawabiya village.

Jihadology is run by Robert Spencer, the guy is literally a zionist evenagelical.

I can point to Assad's Shabiha, Russia's Wagner and the Sectarian Shia militias doing the same or worse. From desecrating the graves of the Sahabah, to the graves of Sunni Scholars to Wagner executing people. Shabiha burying people alive. Any incident you could cite, I can cite an equivalent or worse.

Regardless if you have any such evidence from specific individual in recent events, we can discuss. there was quite a bit of contraction within groups where many people were part of Daesh or Hurras Al Din, those elements were stripped away and even fought. There have been no such recent incident, the closest thing to a incident has been a tree allegedly being set on fire, which was replaced by HTS would paid for the replacement in Homs.

Are you trying to wash the HTS and their allies? Their crimes are ok now? All good?

Allow me to repeat:

Hezbollah fought Israel directly as soon as they entered south Lebanon until they agreed a ceasefire and to withdraw. Israel has withdrawn from most of south Lebanon already thanks to the brave south Lebanese population who forced them to leave, and they will withdraw from the rest within a few weeks

what about Turkey-backed HTS terrorists ... ? Did they fight with Israel and force them to agree to leave ...? I must have missed it.

The Deadline is gone and they haven't withdrawn from Shit.

Why are you behind the Litani line and taking airstrikes? lol giving away underground missile bases, Hezbollah is in the process of being disarmed.

No, I'm merely pointing out that these incidents are old and have been committed by factions you support and Infact in terms of volume, its been done far more by the Russians and Iranian factions. The Shit Wagner did against children even in eastern syria. they were literally killing for sport, b/c they could. or the Shia militias who burned a boy alive and cut him up like Sharwarma, controlling eastern Syria.

No such incident are of recent reporting is what I pointed out.

the deadline was extended and they did withdraw from most places, most Lebanese returned to south Lebanon already, while most Jew settlers have still not returned to the north

the point is Hezbollah fought Israel as soon as they entered Lebanese territory and forced them to agree to withdraw.

now contrast that with HTS stance of not even resisting the Israeli invasion, and no deadline or plan to withdraw, and you will see how stupid your cartoon is and how stupid the sectarian propaganda you are spewing is.

Same article, no need to cherry pick.

Shabiha have been reported of killing and perpetrating sectarian massacres of Sunnis.

In addition, there have been numerous reports of sectarian violence against Sunnis by non-government Shiite Islamist groups, which have sought to justify their war-crimes by declaring that "We are performing our taklif [religious order]".[64] In one incident in late January 2012, Reuters reported that 14 members of a Sunni family were killed by the shabiha along with 16 other Sunnis in a formerly mixed neighbourhood of Homs that Alawites had purportedly fled four days prior.[65] Documented incidents of the regime's security forces targeting Sunni districts and villages date back virtually to the start of the uprising, including the shelling of Sunni neighbourhoods in Latakia by gunboats of the Syrian Navy in August 2011.[66] Abandoned Sunni homes have also been systematically plundered to the extent that "the country's newly flourishing flea markets took on a new name, "souk al sunna."

The massacres in Houla and Qubeir, both Sunni farming settlements on the fault line between Sunni majority areas and the Alawite heartland of the Alawite Mountains, are said to be part of a plan intended by radical Alawite elements in the north-west to clear nearby Sunni villages in order to create a "rump state" that is easy to defend.[68] The Naame Shaam campaign has sought to highlight the sectarian nature of the Syrian government and the sectarian role of its main ally Iran, which includes attempts to alter the demographic composition of areas of Syria via the removal of Sunni inhabitants.[69]

Describing reports of Hezbollah-led ethnic cleansing campaigns across Syria, US chair of the United States House Committee on Foreign Affairs, Ed Royce, stated in December 2015: "I’ve been briefed on the fact that [Iran is] even bringing in militias from Hezbollah and their families into Sunni dominated neighborhoods in Damascus and running their Sunni population out as they basically do an ethnic cleansing campaign".[74] SNHR reported in 2017 that the war has rendered around 39% of Syrian mosques unserviceable for worship. More than 13,500 mosques were destroyed in Syria between 2011-2017. Around 1,400 were dismantled by 2013, while 13,000 mosques got demolished between 2013-2017.[75]

In 2018, The Economist reported that most of the Syrians forcibly displaced by the Ba'athist regime belong to the Sunni community as part of a systematic sectarian cleansing campaign to re-mold the demography in favour of the Assad dynasty. Hardline Assadists often justify the bombings in Sunni-majority regions by labelling the Sunni residents as "terrorists". Law No. 10 implemented by the regime has dispensed out thousands of homes and properties owned by displaced Sunnis to Iran-backed Khomeinist militants and pro-Assad loyalists

The controversial Law No. 10 passed by Bashar al-Assad in 2018 enabled the state to confiscate properties from displaced Syrians and refugees if they do not submit official documents within a timeframe of 1 year. The law is widely viewed as part of a social engineering campaign to remake Syria in the image of Bashar al-Assad, particularly by preventing the return of Sunni refugees. There are reports of regime plans to make Sunnis a minority within Syria in-order to consolidate its rule through the weaponization of Law no.10 and distributing vast swathes of confiscated properties to Assad loyalists and pro-Iranian militants.[a] Increasing sectarian violence has also resulted in Sunni holy places being attacked by Syrian and foreign Shia militias and the Syrian Army. Middle East Monitor reported in 2020 that graveyards of numerous Sunni figures have been demolished as revenge for the alleged destruction of Shia shrines.[84] In May 2020, eighth century Umayyad Caliph Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz's tomb in Idlib was destroyed by the Syrian Arab Army and Iranian-backed Shia militant groups.[84][85][86][87][88][89]

Why don't you let the Syrians worry about how they should go about doing things. Let me know with the Israelis have completely withdrawn, b/c they are literally expanding control not withdrawing. they are bulldozing homes, thats not withdrawal.

I didn't write anything sectarian btw, projection much?

Wagner are mercenaries, what do you expect? But the "ideological" fervent islamists wiping out people, how does that look to you?

As for the "Shia militias burning a boy alive and cut him up",I don't know about that. Have you watched a video about this? Is it confirmed 100%? The one I've watched had Turkish-backed jihadis,I think it was the Nuredin Zenki militia, who beheaded a Palestinian child. I didn't watch them kill the kid,I just watched the part where they were bragging about how worse they are than the black caliphate and how they will behead him. But it's a well-known story already.

Everyone has been going like "Shabiha Shabiha" from the start of the war. Everything was Shabiha, every pro-government person was supposedly "Shabiha". What the heck was Shabiha anyway? Some said it was security officers, others said it a fanatical pro-government militia, but for 10+ years, all they nagged about was "Shabiha Shabiha". Everyone and noone. Army is shabiha, air force is shabiha, the granny at the shouq is shabiha....

Why don't you let the Syrians worry about how they should go about doing things.
you are the one who posted sectarian cartoons comparing Lebanon with Syria, do you have short term memory loss?

Let me know with the Israelis have completely withdrawn
sure. and you let me know when the Israelis withdraw from territory Jewlani gave them. we'll see who can confirm it first.
