Here are your double-standards. Jolani is literally a warlord. He was part of the most brutal and hated terrorist organization in the world,then the second most brutal and dangerous one,then he headed his own armed group. And yet,you praise him. You now call him Mr.President. The guy was literally a warlord.

Yeah as I said before I guess we are going to have to wait and see I don’t really see him as the next Mandela personally but hopefully he’s the one who will actually show the whole Arab world we all deserve better

So I always had a feeling this would start first people testing soldiers snipers mortars many of these groups i could see tunneling under these bases and planting large amounts of explosives like they did during the height of the Syrian war.

yeah until there is a totally unified Syria in the control of the people and not by a select few people , groups or outside powers I don’t think anything is over I think it’s the quiet before the storm the Kurds aren’t going to fall in line and fair bet they declare statehood through referendum and either before the vote is out or right after mass invasion by turkey and hts

Two separate things... was Assad able to defend Syria? Did he make a single stand against zion on numerous transgressions, targeting of embassies and officials foreign and domestic? It in fact makes him as much or less of a puppet to zion as the new regime.
Second, the new ones haven't even taken charge. While Russia was a party in the civil war in Syria it never became a defender of Syria itself. It never stopped Impunity over Syrian skies from any of the belligerents... in fact it treated and dealt with each privately. If anything the ball is in Sultan's court. The backer and protector of the new regime.

That being said... zion is in NO position to fight a protracted war in Syria. BUT it can make hardened defensive positions and a buffer zone. Remember even the previously held Golan was a buffer ... so this makes it a buffer of the buffer zone. Heavily militarized and harder to take back.
But who will make that stand?

So do you believe sisi is also a legitimate president because he has the backing of military and corrupt politicians because if hts is considered president because some of the groups are backing him is abbas in PA a legitimate president and so on and so on
