I expect Syria to be one of the first countries to buy the new Turkish AA systems like Hisar,Korkut,Aksungur,but it would also make sense if Turkey donates the S-125 they have.

Syria is a piece of meat in the hands of wolves. A nation that gives up on its sovereignty, has to suffer. Israel (USA), Turkey, KSA etc except for Syrians.

Don't forget who made that terrorist the president. He will remain their rabid dog with no say.

Syria’s Sharaa says elections could take five years​

DAMASCUS: Syrian leader Ahmed al-Sharaa said on Monday organising elections could take up to five years, the week after he was appointed interim president and less than two months after ousting Bashar al-Assad.

“My estimate is that the period of time will be approximately between four and five years until the elections,” Sharaa said in a pre-recorded interview broadcast on a private Syrian television channel, adding that the infrastructure for the vote “needs to be re-established, and this takes time”.

In late December, he told Al Arabiya TV the election process could take four years. The infrastructure for the vote “needs to be re-established, and this takes time”, Sharaa added on Monday.

Now it's 4-5.

It was 6 months,became 4 years,now it's 4-5 years.

You don't know how to read.

3-6 months was the initial administration, after which there would be a national conference, and there would be the appointment of a transitional govt.

But why would it matter to you either way, you supported Assad. lol

The Govt in Northern Syria backed by Turkey has officially joined the government in Damascus, transferring its institutions and personnel to the new authorities.

They should be grateful to Ahmed Al-Sharaa he delayed the intended Turkish offensive but some of these kurds are being irrational these in Iraq advised them to take the hands of Sharaa and simply disband.. But eventually whether they accept or not it won´t make any difference

Thats just it, for them their whole outlook is to use Northern Syria as a launchpad for operations into Turkey, this is why they don't want to disband.

Turkey didn't launch operation specifically b/c of a request from Damascus, which wanted to handle things diplomatically, but if there is no diplomatic breakthrough, Turkey will handle the matter itself.
