1) Major reforms in Iran to upgrade the state
2) Fight corruption and modernise the state, being too strict is not too good and too open is also bad, Iran must be in the middle.
3) Make closer economic partnership with China Russia ASEAN India Central Asia Iraq Qatar Turkey.
4) Work hard to make SCO in to a military defence block so Iran future is protected from Nato
5) Sign defence treaty with Russia, allow Russia to have base in Iran and deploy nuclear weapons.
6) Iran will work to build submarines and SLBMs
7) Improve its airforce with Jf17 block 3s, J10Cs or su35s.
8) Buy/develop better drones, current ones could not detect their missing president so improvement is needed.

Iranian members don't take this the wrong way, I truely think Iran as an independent state can do wonders.

If Iran will do it , in a few months they will be destroyed.

Russia defended Syria till the end, but after 10 years of sanctions and rebellions they cut their losses, and no nation directed attacked Syria, 30% of Syrian army changed sides, then many Islamic groups joined the rebels. Russia protected Armenia, Azerbaijan did not take any of Armenian land but took their own disputed land which was also backed by UN. If Russia had nukes in Iran, it is to defend against foreign attack not to defend against if Iranian themselves turn on their own government.
