Very likely to be true as it is now the anormal time.

Fujian will be sailed to the same dock of launching ceremony back in 2022, so it is very likely to prepare for the commission ceremony.
 
According to these images & a notice of the Shanghai Aviation Police, the PLANS-18 "Fujian" is preparing or already conducted again catapult tests with the already known red trolleys.
