I will bet with you now, Europe will bankrupt itself, it is just simple economics, you can print money but you have to back it up with resources, energy, food etc and cheap manufactured goods. Guess who is one of the world's largest food and energy producer, guess who has a neighbour producing affordable industrial goods? Loook at Germany now! I sometimes think that this war was started to weaken Europe. They first start the war in Syria and caused the 'demographic dividend' in Eurabia and then years later they cut off cheap energy and accelerated the deindustrilization of Germany. EU is now facing fragmentation thanks to those immigrants and the rise of right wing ideology. The biggest threat to US is not China alone, it was a sovereign independent Europe.

Russian snipers are brutal.

the russian ruble is among the least trusted.

you live in a parallel universe.

Tiny Singaporeans buy it from the world by exchanging it with services, in peace time, during war time, Sg will fall to ashes when the ports are destroyed. Singapore is export surplus country too BTW.

Try being like Sg for a continent size country and see if it works.

In wartime, you need resources to back your economy. 700bilion$ to kill more Russians based on a bruised ego. You could have spent it on social services and infrastructure. But no, you need to kill MORE RUSSIANS. IT IS CRAZY

Well, Russian Central Bank is in Russia

stop your crocodile tears

you certainly know Putin can stop the war immediately.

the russians spend almost $500 billion a year for the war. they lose 1,500 men a day.

Europe will lose everything if Putin wins the war. this proposed $700 billion military package is a small price to pay.

I don't know but seems like EU have a lot more currency in circulation than Russia. Have enough popcorn at my home looking at how the Russian paying off all these interests they set when the people deposit mature. You don't need a economy degree to know this is not good for financial health, you only need to ever own a credit card to know.

Are we looking at the same map dude?? 800 per month? It's 6 months since Kursk, if Russia is taking 800km per month, that's 4800 sq km in the last 6 months, that's almost half of what Ukraine held in Donbas before Kursk (Ukraine hold roughly 10,000 sq kilometers of Donbas since June 2024.)

This is Donbas (traced in Black) as of today

View attachment 102571

This is the same map at August 7, 2024, the day Ukraine invaded Kursk

View attachment 102572

Show me where is the 4800 km Russian Captured??

And, as I said last year with @mulj Russia need to stabilise their line before they push into Provorsk, this is what they were during taking Kurakhove, even that front, you are talking about 700 sq kilometers, not 4800 sq kilometers.....

By the way, that 700 sq kilometer is offset by Kursk, in case you are wondering. So effectively, the net gain for the entire 2024 is some 100sq kilometers....Not 4800....

This is why I don't post in this thread anymore, it's pointless, people seeing progress that weren't there in the map and without any knowledge on how war works, at the end of the day, it's just going to be me who keep saying "this is not how it work" year after year, this is the third year in this thread that people said "Ukraine line is collapsing" and it is going to be the same this year, next year, and in year 2030 we will probably still talking about this war and they may or may not get as far as Kramatorsk, but well, considering this, Iraq is roughly 6 times the size as Donbas, US capture the entire country in 37 days, we are coming into 37 months, so even if Russia really did conquered the entire Donbas, it wouldn't even be something that worth celebrating. And people like you keep saying Ukraine will capitulate. Well, let me put in this way, THIS, all this is just 20% of Ukraine, Russia is fighting for 20% of Ukraine, and Russia only win if they capture 100% of Ukraine, how long do you think it will be when Russia march toward Kyiv again? Because nobody will capitulate with 20% of their territories down...............And the Russian weren't even at this level yet.

Ukraine has lost. Nuff said, no other explanation needed. Not sure why, two or three years later, it now takes supposed smart people to give long-winded explanations of why or why not such would be the case . I'm an average guy 😏 here and I knew this from day one. And I do enjoy reading your analysis capacity is just brilliant.

So I guess that 800 square kilometers a month is bullshit now?? And Lost??

Think about it in the negotiation table. What Russia can actually ask the Ukrainian to concede on the negotiation table?

Can they ask the Ukrainian to not join NATO? With what? Even if we say with them completely conquering Donbas, would Ukraine drop this with just 20% of Territories lost?

Can they ask Zelenskyy to resign? First of all, there aren't going to be a pro-Russian government in Ukraine for generation, it's going to be the same with virtually anyone that is going to be elected. And then again, with what? 20% of Ukrainian Territories?

Can they even ask the Ukrainian to vacate Donbas? Well, you ain't there yet, if I am Zelenskyy why would I concede to the land that you didn't even manage to take in the last 3 years? I mean, you want them? Come and get it.

So you tell me, if Ukraine and Russia are sitting on the same table, what can Russia ask the Ukrainian to concede?

I don't just come out and say "you lost, get over it" without anything that back my decision, and unless you are that naive and that "wanting" to believe Russia had won, even if they do win the entire Ukraine, for what? Average age for Russian will be 50 in 2040, Interest rate for Russia is going to be keeping at 15+% for a foreseeable future (Next 20-30 years), massive workforce loss due to the war, and inflation hit sky high in the next decade, but hey, they got Ukraine, everything is alright even if they are going to eat shit because a single potatoes spud is going to cost more than an average worker can afford in the next 5 years. And then as I said before, you weren't even there yet. And I am not going to repeat this every year until we are still talking about it in 2030.

Well, maybe that's why Russian asked the North Korean to fight in Kursk, so they can get a taste of North Korea before turning into them.........LOL
